Those powers sound really, reeeeally awesome.

And gross.

I hate most insects.
You're right, I shouldn't have used that example. I just wanted to explain how diaries should not contradict each other when noone has acted to change the future.

Also, lets all stop the whole argument and just pretend we never happened.

And ooh ooh, I was thinking of a 'mission' diary! All the entries will be based the current 'mission'. E.g. to investigate X person. The diary entries are 1-2 lines explaining different checkpoints of a mission. Sorta like entry 1: "Stalking X was a failure. Lost him when he got off the bus. 6.35PM", entry 2: "Discovered X's address by hacking into the local police database. 9:50PM."

It'd be really powerful and useful for completing objectives. The drawback would be that it only predicted stuff related to the mission. It might give an entry like "Killed when chasing after X. 4:30PM." so I could avoid death but entries would stop there unless I resumed activities and acted to achieve the mission. To receive new entries, I can abandon the mission but afterwards I can no longer take up the same mission.

So if 'investigating X failed' so I could receive new entries, I can no longer take up 'investigating X' as a mission again.

I think its pretty unique and sounds balanced.
Seems like I posted in the IC by accident -_-". I just made a request to have it deleted.

Posted by accident, thank you very much.
Name: March Blakewood
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Appearance:
Personality:

Chaotic Neutral
>Cool-headed
March has always been calm and in control.

>Charming
He did have quite a number of friends.

>Calculative
Whether or not people realized it, March was always weighing the pros and the cons.

>Daredevil
Its not as if March didn't possess fear, its just that he was always in control of it.

Power:

Spacial Distortion

March's one and only ability is the ability to relocate inanimate objects around him. By focusing on an object, he can relocate or 'teleport' the object in a radius around him. His control over his power seems to be affected by a combination of mass and weight of the object as well as the distance. The heavier or larger the object, the more mental effort he had to expend to move it. The further it was, the more he has to concentrate. When attempting to relocate an object too far or heavy, his power simply does not activate.

Currently, March can relocate something as heavy as a motorbike as long as its within a five meter radius and for something as light as a pen, even fifty meters is possible. March's ability works by relocating the objects in the coordinates he is concentrating on. This means even without looking into a vault, he can extract its contents out. His power is also related to the atoms of an object. He cannot break apart atoms. In other words, he can relocate screws out of the door and dismantle it but he cannot relocate the 'center' of the door thus creating a hole for him to climb in.
Hello, I've come to get my two cents.

The gist of Mirai Nikki was less about knowing the future and more of changing it. To make this a successful non-broken pvp RP(and Mirai Nikki should definitely be pvp), you should simply impose some rules and conditions. Some rules and stuff should be this;

#1. Players should be allowed to change any the future as long as it is related to their diary. If person 1 says person 3 will be on X location on X day, then person 3 should NOT change that future unless his diary type gives him information that would make him do otherwise.

#2. Players need to align entries. If player 1 made an entry saying playing 3 will be at X location on X day, player 2 shouldn't make the exact same entry saying player 3 is elsewhere on X location on X day.

#3. Realism and fun. Your character should only know what he/she knows. *hinting at abusing other player's entries*. There is no 1 million dollar prize if you win this RP. There is no need to ruin other people's fun so you can win and theres sure as hell no way being a dick/powerplayer will make your win satisfying.

#4. Players are randomly given X number of chances by GM to inflict DEAD ENDS on others, this will make the game creative. If you're cornered by a legitimate DEAD END and scenario where changing the future is no longer possible, players should then die gracefully <3
Does anyone have a similar problem like mine?

I'm sort of the class joker, everyone sees me as friendly, outgoing and a thick skinned kind of guy. I'm famous among other classes for being the troublemaker the lecturer always calls on. I become friends with almost anyone regardless if they're the nerdy types or those that love partying. I consider myself quite popular since even people who I've never met before seem to have heard of me. This is me back in my old school, my new school or with friends I met outside. I enjoy myself lots when I'm like this and I'm glad people see me as a fun guy to be around... but ironically I have really flimsy confidence.

I am dependent on people who see me as confident.

As long as there is a single person around who sees me as my confident self, I can be ridiculously outgoing. But when there isn't? I become this really shy and timid person. I become reaaaaaally awkward and sensitive. Some people say everyone is like that, being awkward around new people but they haven't see how I'm a polar opposite of my regular self and regardless of how much time passes, I cannot act or feel confident if everyone around me has not seen me when I'm in 'confident' mode before.

I swear this sucks, it makes new environments absolutely horrendous for me. Does anyone else feel my pain?
