Personality: Ryth is a no nonsense warrior. when it comes to getting things done he will not hesitate to get it done with or without people helping him. this follows onto his willingness to take orders. he may question what people tell him to do but if he is told to head out and attack an enemy he will not refuse the command. out of combat though he is very... recluse, he doesn't seem to fancy talking to groups of people nor will he usually go out to talk to someone and if he is approached the other person might find him deep in thought for some reason.

Description of Governement: this group is ruled by a board of directors and a CEO, their plans to take advantage of the relatively untouched areas of this new galaxy.

Religion: christianity. this company was started by a group of entrepeneuring christians and most of their laws focus around christian values. women are treated fairly in the workplace, people are given time off off for their religion without penalties though intolerance of discrimination and malpractise is greater

CEO: Matthew Vrai: the current head of the whole company, this man was the one who was proven worthy after the spot had been vacant after the last CEO died. the company can run without a CEO but they have delegated the CEO to decide how the company would advance and now with his new position he would be going into new fields

Description of Military: as a corporation they are completely dependant on the millitary to make sure that pirates don't attack their assets

as for my faction being a corporate group, I think stats would be profits (nothing specific just a general estimate on how the group can progress) and public opinion as they are a company they need to be well recieved by the public

so my faction would be undermining the government from the inside? why do I feel like I should just go full political, have my group majorly human and seek to take over and reform the empire?

following from my last comment I would have a human leader coming from an underground empathetic movement within the empire, meaning that since the face of the company and it's legitimate leadership is human, the empire will be more lenient to them though it does cause some strife with the alien population as they are against a human bringing them to prominence. so could they start out as a trader faction? what sort of resources would they have? buildings, trade ships
