Name: Jacob Lightwood

Age: 19

Species: Human

Aspect: Existence

Discipline: Soul and Air

Medium: For air, he uses a rowan wand he keeps strapped to his belt. For soul, he requires eye contact with the being for best effect and control, although he can pick up on the auras of nearby people without needing eye contact.

Appearance: Like his sister, he has a slender build, but has blue eyes and short jet black hair. He is a little taller then his sister. However, part of his right leg is artificial, being a little paler then the rest of his skin since it had been created by one who had an affinity for Creation. He usually wears jeans to hide it from others.

Personality: Quiet and reserved, he usually avoids confrontation and long conversations. He prefers to stick to his books.

Bio: When the Dreads attacked his and Arya's home town, he and Arya managed to escape, him losing his leg to them in the process. During the years the two wandered, he developed a knack for seeing the souls of other people, eventually managing to get to the point of being able to control souls to an extent. Like his sister, he has been a student at the academy for 2 years, with this being the second.

Electives: Existence control and Employment Ed.

Extra: While he is able to control souls to an extent, he is unable to force other people to do things that go against their beliefs/morals. But he is able to give "pushes" in the direction he wants, and can even hold another being in place(this requiring unbroken eye contact and lots of concentration.)

Just saying, besides the Disciplines that specifically work through symbols, you can use any medium for any Discipline. Also, Spirit and Soul are different, so thank you for doing what you did with your character XD

I'm aware of that. :) And yeah, I knew there was a difference between Spirit and Soul, which is why I specifically chose Soul. So both CSes pass the test?

Alright, I made edits to her bio, as well as adding her personality.

Arya

Name: Arya Lightwood

Age: 19

Species: Human

Aspect: Existence

Discipline: Fire and Lightning

Medium: A runed stave she usually keeps strapped to her back. She is capable of using her power without it, but it requires more energy, more concentration, and is usually not as strong/accurate.

Appearance: She has brown eyes, neck length dark brown hair, and is of medium height for a human. Has a lean but toned body. On her back she keeps a runed stave. Being more practical minded, she usually sticks to clothing she can move freely in, like t-shirts and loose shorts/short skirts.

Personality: The polar opposite of her brother, she is fiery and active. She's very quick witted and has a somewhat short fuse, her brother Jacob often having to get her out of trouble. And above all, she is fiercely loyal to her brother.

Bio: Arya had a troubled past. Her family was murdered by Dreads, with her and her brother only narrowly escaping with their lives. Afterwards, she had wandered the world, in the process developing a talent for the use of the Aeon, Existence. Eventually, she joined AEIOU to strengthen her control over her powers. This would be her second year attending the academy.
