Kazzlehorf leader is called Kazzlehorf.

Though in my personal setting I have alien factions with leader titles like "Auditor", "Composer", "Dreamer", "Gestalt" or "Mediator". I will note I have a habit of only trying to invent new leader titles when I feel like a new title is needed to describe their nature that existing titles are unable to describe. Than again I apt to attempt distinctive political systems for my cultures in general.

Also "Great Alpha" from Fabula Elysia which emerged as a product of me thinking 'what would you call a alpha male who has dominance over groups of alpha males?'.
I don't like them because they're blatant fetish fuel (I get it Clock, you want to be the fanservice race, but why make it so painfully obvious man?) and make no sense. There is no single set of pheromones that you can attract every living species in existence with.

Not to mention, the implications of being able to be "sexually attractive to anything because pheromones" means they probably also are sexually attractive to creatures that can't make spaceships including elephants, dinosaurs, insects, orangutans, whatever lives in Europa, really anything. And they'd be able to make children with all of them... Somehow.
These nekos are a joke that you aren't actually going to use right?
Well, it sounds like there's going to be more imperialists either way so "everyone attack the X'cor" may backfire to "Everyone get eaten by whatever Mardox calls his aliens"
So who sells the best pets?

(That isn't Kazzlehorf of course)
I think Mardox is making a imperialist civ too. That may split the bill.

Kazzlehorf is not imperialist since why would it want to conquer animals it can just get from simple trade of cheap drones, Zippa drinks and canned Kazzlehorf ("Blue Meat" as outsiders call it) as pets?
Oh yeah, the Marbos.

What are they like?
Lauder will love the reality of Kazzlehorf's physical inferiority (they're lightweights).

Kazzlehorf still insists it is the strongest being in the galaxy either way.

I never mentioned cloning, so you can assume it's fine, as long as you won't be using it to create armies overnight.

We actually have two species who clone right now. My species, the Xim, and Arawak's species, the Kazzlehorf. Both are just a load of clones.

Kazzlehorf is very different in mentality, culture and ideology from the Xim despite both being "Clone based" civs.

The Xim want to integrate genes from other species to make a perfect unity of all species, Kazzlehorf wants to make more of itself and persist until the heat death of the universe so it can be Kazzlehorf forever.

Not to mention as you've noticed Kazzlehorf clones using industrial complexes full of artificial wombs. I will confirm Kazzlehorf does grow up so Kazzlehorf can be a kid Kazzlehorf all the time. And a adult Kazzlehorf all the time. Along with being old Kazzlehorf all the time.

@Shorticus
The Namilee should take a cue from Kazzlehorf. Kazzlehorf's use of cloning technology is the wisest use of cloning in the galaxy.
The best slur against Kazzlehorf is any nickname in general. Kazzlehorf hates when animals gives Kazzlehorf names that aren't Kazzlehorf.
