As for anyone reading this, still submit apps as the changes are unlikely to be that big as the fundamental concept remains the same and it is highly unlikely that the territory roster will change.
Eh, I got a bit confused due to Jace randomly throwing us into a bar when we were in a transport... I guess the transport shuffled us into the bar while we weren't paying attention or something.
Technically this kinda cut off the deal making I was doing with you.
Borulama just was there a bit confused by these other two folk who just shows up in the middle of its deal making. One a metal humanoid the other a yellow haired human in some brown jacket. The transit must have stopped by and transferred them all into Nova at some point since now we are in the middle of some bar talking to a arms dealer. Stranger stuff's happened, must have been the mention of Nova bar that led to the sudden shift of scene.
The human made from garbage can material talks about its time and mentions a 25 bit price, which is how much it should be not some special deal, but it'll do. However, all that goes out of the window when this new human who mentions the huge bounty on the mogul, which for what it is worth, Borulama is aware of. But not having its personal arm would seem just as much suicide, the galaxy's a dangerous place and everyone is trying to kill you, especially as the Auditor by default, even if you haven't actually done any wrong to anyone. Just be the 'wrong' species or of the 'wrong' birth world and people hate you. As Auditor, that is every world as someone on some world hates the world you are from and made some bet to see who can kill you first. Being in the spotlight can do that, thankfully no one here has much knowledge of where Borulama is from.
Still, Borulama felt the need to respond in its own weird way, turning its three eyed head toward Valentine and complementing Valentine on his marktetting pitch for his gun shop with its slurrish, wobbly accent saying "Good business model."
The fact he knew of the wherabouts of the mogul than caught up to Borulama, who after a brief pause continues by saying "I am trying to find this mogul who runs the place to spread some of my videowatch to this sector of the galaxy. The UFP's market is a decent one to have even with their regulatory mess."
Borulama says as it motions its six tendriled right arm towards Nova's 4/7 resturant grade on one of the panels.
A bit odd of a man, an arms dealer who mentions the Mogul's bounties. Probably someone who likes to give guns to people who wanna kill the mogul, which ia a good way to get people to buy your guns. The galaxy's like that, someone does shit thing, someone than wants to kill that guy. If that is the case, it is not really Borulama's problem, just as long as whoever takes the Mogul place makes the deal before they get shot too.
Well that'd be a retcon since initially it was like Giggles didn't like the Mogul, but had nothing personal on him, now he has a assassination plot. I mean, if it was just your character that's fine but it seems Jace's does to for whatever reason.
Whatever not my problem, but I still need someone to make that media deal with so if the Mogul is killed whoever he has designated successor may be needed to make a deal with.
Sociopath, does your character have inventory check or did he just make an assumption that everyone was armed?
Name: Borulama (Literally: Best Tongue) Dy Suakila Title: 794th Auditor of the Harmonious Network
Height: 6' 7" Weight: 61 Kg Age: 21 years old Race: Paminians
The Paminians are a tall and light weight species whose origins are from Paminara, a tropical archipelago world known for its biodiversity and fanciful organics. One of which being the Paminian-kind, who are a diverse sapient of all sorts of colors and shapes that all share the same species. A genetic trait that is comparable to what you see in dogs or fruit flies. The Paminians in nature were arboreal bipeds who lived off the fruits off tall trees and are incredibly proficent climbers to this day, be it in mountain habitats, cave habitats or jungle habitats. In colder environments you get fuzzy Laminians, in hotter, environments you get "naked" Paminians who just have their scaly armor. Paminians vary in their size heavy, with some being more elongated, others being more stout with evolution just being fast for them.
When Paminara was colonized, the Paminians were treated to as a cheap labor force and from there became members of that society by default and have managed to thrive within the framework which the elite had set up, proving to be amazingly cutthroat and adaptable thanks to their dog-like genetic diversity and rapid evolution.
In general, Paminians over a few generations tend to through natural selection adapt fast to whatever world you put them on.
The general physiology to expect of Paminians is that they have a head with three large, forward facing egg-shaped eyes, three short, surved atteanae and a long, thin tongue reminiscent of armadillo tongues. The eyes of a Paminian have a colorful cornea and a diamond shaped pupil that becomes a horizontal line in very bright environments. They have a very leathery skin of highly varied colors, with scaley texture and a stou, shot neck that connects their head to their body. The Laminians have ears, but they aren't visible due to being located in multiple small holes running along their back.
The Pamnians have a very fuzzy chilla back armor that both defends from predators and helps in child rearing by given something for the baby to climb onto. Their legs are long and structured like a bulkier version of their arms, with the difference that the leg is much more curved and that the foot tendrils and thicker than the hand tendrils. This is to the expense of being able to run and so Paminians usually have some artificial means of enhancing their movement to keep up with other b on ground. But remember, in environments where climbing is nessecary, humanoids are easily outmatched by Paminians.
Paminians re productively rely on egg purses they latch into trees that the mother keeps defense of that hatch into their more pup forms who than go to live on the backs of their mothers until they come of age. A good insult against a Paminian is to call it a 'clinger', which is the same as calling someone a mother's boy, but can be used against both genders of Paminian. Egg fertilization is internal.
Paminians have a very strong sense of taste, with their hands and feet acting as tongues alongside the long snout tongue that they normally have. Paminians tend to have a very whirring, buzzing accents when speaking. Paminians also have antennae for sensing the shifts in winds, vibrations in branches and acting in many regards as their nose.
In short; -You are a space monkey / armadillo thing with tongues for hands and feet -You have a acute sense of taste, you taste everything you step on, you taste everything you touch. -You have three eyes to look around with. -You have antennae to smell stuff with, and a back to hear stuff with. -You got built-in armoring! -You are a great climber -And need to eat a lot of bugs & nectar. -Your kind is fast evolving, and thus you can have all sorts of variations to go with your own paminian. -Your kind also ages faster. Have fun.
Tier: 2
Appearance: Porulama is a remarkably vibrant, orange colored male Paminian with brownish armoring and white streaks that run through his body who Dresses himself up in a single colored form molding, normally white colored biorobe than covers his back and hide. Said biorobe is a shifting mesh of living fabric that is meant for both communication and protection and most notably tends to project has the symbol of the Domain on both the front and back of his body. His arms are unprotected and it is this robe that is all he really wears alongside a set of wearable legs. His antennae are curved more than usual, arcing to a near perfect 180 degrees and beneath the robes he is usually packing his personal equipment. His tongue is colored a vibrant red color as are his two lower eyes while his top eye is colored white.
Personality: Borulama's mindset has been shaped greatly by the desert world with its polluted taste with its gooey tasting ground and constant class conflict. Borulama however is a very vindictive, very prudent individual in one of the more hedonistic parts of the Domain, who has proven to be remarkably hypocritical due to often engaging in the exact same degeneracy as the beings it mocks on a regular basis. Borulama feels like it is usually the only one who cares about the need for harmonious balance over dissoniance in this damn society and has only became like this more with its selection for auditorship, something that Borulama pushed for by constantly saying how much better things would be if it were auditor. Borulama has a private media company based around reality shows in regards to policing and has no qualms with using its position as auditor to expand the reach of its reality show. While a father, Borulama comes from a society where the father is expected to act for the whole nation and not just care for a family and thus has no parenting responsibilities whatsoever.
Abilities, Talents, Traits, Powers:
(1)(Inherted) Common Paminian Traits - Has the traits you should expect of a Paminian such as being a good climber.
(1)Mr shooty - Borulama from its experience in the private police forces and from being taught by his mother how to shoot guns has gotten a strong proficiency for small arms weaponry and can use them with both his hands and feet if needed.
(2)On Command - If leading any NPCs, said NPCs have higher firing accuracy.
(Inherited - Only if the Domain exists) Internal Symbiont - A internal critter that was surgically implemented into Borulama as a child and is pretty standard for the Domain. This Symbiont in particular increases Borulama's survivability in general such as harsh environments, allows for longer survival from critical injury (still needs to have help to revive) and reduces the damage that toxic/poisonous substances do to him. (Pro-tip: Use more poison to overflood the symbiont's filtration mechanism).
Items:
(2)Biorobes - Bio-robes are used by Borulama as a light defensive system against all matter of stuff, being fire and acid resistant and adaptable to its wearer due to actually being a living creature. This does mean the bio-robe feels pain and while it does absorb heat from lasers, can only do so for so long before the robe dies from shock. Bullets penetrate it pretty well, though using higher penetration rounds is recommended. The bio-robe also can behave as a primitive cloaking system due to its pattern changing, but it is horrible at it due to being unable to hide heat signatures whatsoever.
(2)Barb Pistol - Gas powered, general purpose semi-automatic pistol that fires high penetration barbs that are laced in all matter of nasty substances to inflict on the victim with tiny explosive needles letting lose deadly chemical substances to poison and cause internal bleeding to the target. It is less potent against machines unless it hits a weakspot.
(1)Legwalkers - Legwalkers are a bio-device many Paminarians use to have just typical human speeds on ground and tend to be a bit bulky so Borulama has to leave them to go around climbing stuff.
(4)(Requires the domain to exist) Recall Relic - A limited use relic from the Auditor's Palace that all auditors allowed to have to recall themselves back to the palace. This relic's return point is fixed and is a item someone else can steal before Borulama can use it. It only transports one character.
History: Borulama was born into a wealthy military family on the highly commercial world of Saukila, making Borulama somewhat of a military brat. Borulama joined the police force of the Domain and within 10 years (Paminians are full grown within just 5 years usually) managed to end up as a deputy chief of the crowd control units headed by the local political machines. Borulama in that position, due to his views was approached by the political machines to act as a spokesperson for the corps where he was assigned to head a reality-TV apparatus to glorify the civil services and show just how nasty the Unions are, which Borulama did with incredible effeciency through a direct, no non sense attitude towards things not often seen on Saukila that picked up a storm on the waystations. Within five years, the Composers took notice of Borulama's wave of popularity.
The last auditor had died in a flesh dumpster in some 'accident', so the need for a new Auditor arose and Borulama was chosen by the Composers to be the next Auditor in a narrow plurality, getting the most Patron composers of the many candidates that had appeared in recent times. Borulama has just become Auditor, which is essentially a universal figurehead who acts more or less as a ceremonial role for the Network with some political power in being able to state a domestic and foreign agenda, but has no power over how said agenda is executed by the organizations or composers that make up the Network.
