"Alright then. Lemme know if I can help!" Kanoko grinned before turning to watch Sakuya's fight with Jess.

It was a storm of blows, and far quicker than the sniping match that she had with Cassandra. Her eyes could barely keep up from her position at the model benches, and she gulped audibly as she traced as much of the Neo Rose's movements as possible, the bits keeping Jess' unit busy for the time being while the rapier lashed out at the Overgraze's vulnerable parts.

The final blows were struck within moments, and while the Overgraze had collapsed one of the Neo Rose's arms, the dart had sealed the grunt suit's fate, causing it to collapse in defeat as the plavsky particles dispersed.

Kanoko was getting very nervous now. The test against the AI was one thing, but against an instructor like Sakuya? From what she knew of the past, she might be in well over her head...

Turning to Justin as he lined up at the end of the table with his GP base and BuCue, she waved. "Good luck! See if you can't scratch her a bit more!"
"Talk about a monster fight...if the Graze manages to survive after this, I'll be damn surprised. I wonder if it's just her Flauros..." Kanoko mused, remembering the matches they had gone through the previous day. Setting her newly created Gunpla project next to her Hi-Nu Gundam, she put a hand to her mouth, rubbing her chin. "Guess I'll go last like I did last time, but that's fine with me. I want to know what I'm up against first. If it's Flauros, I can figure something out, but if it's not...well...I'd rather have the expectation of not knowing what to expect!"

Sighing a little, she turned back towards Cassandra, looking at the busted-up Serpent. "Do you need any parts or putty? I can help you find repairs for it."
"IT RIPPED OFF ONE OF ITS ARMS?! NO WAY! How can your mobile suits fight past that point?! The crippling damage would've done me in by now, even in a unit as durable as the EVA out there in the hangar!" Kanoko was burning through her meal like no tomorrow, the anxiety from watching the battle causing her to consume it in anticipation. Burning Gundam had the Dragon Gundam on the ropes, but with the sheer determination of its pilot, had transcended into something that looked like it was giving even Domon Kasshu trouble. Even still, the Burning Gundam avenged the loss of its right hand by slamming its flaming left right into the waist of its opponent, suffusing it in an infernal heat which could only be matched by the magnificent radiance of the sun.

"HEAT END!" Domon bellowed at the top of his lungs as Kanoko watched the video timer start to count down to its final moments. She was so enthralled that when Alice came up and planted the camera footage she took with Deathscythe and the archived video of Epyon, she jumped a little, nearly spilling her plate.

"Ah, shit! Sorry, sorry, sorry, I was uh...a little too focused. I'm Kanoko Tanegashi, of the RX-78EVA you see out there. Y'nno, the one that's kinda bland in comparison but still looks like a Gundam?" She joked, trying to shrug off the embarrassment. "You want us to take a look?"

The footage of the Epyon itself was very impressive...a drake, or a wyvern, of European myth in design, it was extraordinarily agile, with a lethal tail that was at its beck and call. She scratched at her chin a little, looking at the one that the Deathscythe took recently. "Is there any way to zoom in? See if we can't enhance it a little and clean it up."
Her unit was painted in a fine steel, the inner frame a darker shade of gunmetal, with the complementing armor being donned in navy blue. Along the edges of the armor, she had bordered it in a lighter shade of blue to break up the monotony. The GN blade hadn't changed much, painted metallic with an electric blue edge instead of the green, while the shield was done up in shades of silver and steel, the darker metal being reserved for the 'wings' of the unit.

The head was the crowning achievement in this case; pearlescent paint was applied to the v-fins which she had chopped up and added as helmet flair, the monoeye of the Helmwige Reincar colored an iridescent green. There was a customized mane flowing from the back end underneath the crown created by the cut-up V-fins. It was made by applying a ton of carved-out pieces of thin plaplate that were meticulously put together, but glued and set in a way that made them strong.

It was an unusual piece she had decided on, but her 'Iron Maiden' was certainly an impressive sight to the girl who was usually obsessed with UC design and aesthetic.

"Puaaaaah....done...okay, I'm never building this sort of things in a class again...."
"Ah, thanks Jess!" Kanoko replied as she continued to root through the bins, having received the Ground-Type feet she needed. Among other things, she had grabbed a GN sword and a drive for the arm it was to be mounted on, a shield and adapter from a Qan(T), a sword from the Ground Type graze kit as well, the backpack and shoulders of the Reginlaze, and a shotgun from the Kampfer.

Among all of these things, she noticed that Justin had been busy collecting beam weaponry and a mass of firepower, and placed her pile of discarded choices towards him. "See if there's anything in there you like since you decided to stop over. I could never get behind the BuCue, but if you can make something out of it, I'll be happy to take a page out of your book!"

One more thing she needed-Helmwige Reincar's head and a few V-fins. Riffling through the container, she found her necessary parts and started to assemble her Graze Custom. The small GN drive itself wasn't completely necessary, but she thought it would be good to give it a weapon with a little more armor-piercing capabilities. Most of the other kits probably didn't have the armor to withstand a couple good cleaves with the sword alone, but still...
"Thanks! I've never seen a fight this hardcore before! I mean, the tech level is absurd; I heard that they were working on remote controlled weaponry, but the Dragon Gundam's arms?! I don't know where you come from or what kind of mobile suit development has been going on, but being able to channel both physical and spiritual energies like that is...just wow," Kanoko breathed as she graciously accepted the plate from Sarah, her green eyes turning back to the screen.

Right as she started to dig in, she nearly spat out her first mouthful of food as Dragon Gundam's tail 'ornament' whipped around to face Domon head-on, Burning Gundam dodging its lethal strikes as it stabbed forth like a scorpion's tail. "Eeeeh?! These suits have all sorts of tricks up their sleeves, don't they?!"
"Ha, thanks! Just a bit of a touchup with some custom paint. I never did like that weird blue they gave it. Your Pale Rider looks awesome though! Glad to see you were able to personalize it too after everything," Kanoko replied, smiling at Jess and more than relieved that she was okay. Her green eyes roamed over to see Jess eagerly working on the Barbatos, fully repaired since the day before and looking much better thanks to the Jess' effort. "Glad to see he's okay. He took a beating yesterday with what happened in your exam."

Before long her attention was taken away by Sakuya's appearance, and thus the Gunpla academy's first class began. It wasn't too far into it that the objective became clear, and Kanoko blanched a little internally. Another build? She wasn't a speed builder; coming up on the spot with mods was going to be even tougher. She knew a little about the CGUE and the BuCUE, but she didn't feel like a quadruped mech, and the CGUE was pretty damn ugly to her. The Tieren was too slow and more like an archaic model of mech, and while she liked the Flag it didn't have a whole lot going for it, since adding too many weapons would kill its mobility.

That left the UC suits, the Graze, and the Leo, since Cassandra grabbed the Serpent. Kanoko wasn't familiar with the Leo, but it was a neat suit she didn't really have ideas for. As far as the Waff, Zaku, and Z'Gok, she was a UC fan primarily; if she hadn't done anything with those suits, it'd be criminal! So it left but one suit.

The Graze. And on the basis of Mr. Gunpla's advice, she chose the green-colored suit, beginning to dig through the parts that Sakuya had. "Please tell me you have the ground type feet..."
The Federation pilot's eyes bore into the screen as she watched the two splendid Gundams appear on the field, the mobile fighters staring each other down. As the timer ticked down and the announcer rallied the crowds, the fighters settled into their ready positions. The atmosphere was palpable, even through the video; Kanoko placed her hand on the back of her neck, trying to steady her nerves. Her tongue lapped at her lips, which had suddenly become dry.

Sarah's question snapped her out of her trance, the carrot-topped pilot looking at the mobile fighter sheepishly. "Oh! Uh...whatever's available is fine! I'm not too picky. Too used to military rations, haha."
The Hi-Nu Gundam she brought in with her had been cleaned, buffed, and then repainted with her own custom colors, maroon with bone white as the majority of the suit's complement and a light shade of gray for highlights. She hadn't done much else; there hadn't been any time, and even with the tools she had brought, there was nothing more that could be done other than some extra etching and some parts refining.

A pamphlet explaining the finer points of gunpla battling was on her desk, and although she was loathe to admit it, such incidents that Jessica had gone through were commonplace, though not particularly dangerous. Kanoko knew that her own sport of weightlifting had its share of injuries and several dangerous accidents that were near lethal, so in comparison gunpla battles were relatively safe.

Placing the Hi-Nu on the desk, she sighed a little, leaning back and folding her arms across her chest. "Well, I guess it's just something I'm gonna have to push through..."
"You're not even the chief pilot of this unit...what can the original do?" Kanoko breathed as she continued to look in awe around the interior of the Shining's cockpit, almost oblivious to Sarah floating in and grabbing her pack. As the mobile fighter test pilot flew past her, Kanoko snapped out of her trance, floating away from the hatch as well. "S-sure! I may not be into martial arts and stuff like that, but I can sure as heck enjoy a good show! Lead the way!"

Propelling herself forward, she followed after Sarah, turning back and motioning for the others to follow. "If you'll come with us, we can show you to the galley."
