It's happening again. I have been visited by a soviet mad scientist, a king, a penguin prince of darkness, a house plant god thing, a mystical ancient member, a tired reaper (thank god) + a greeting.

It seemed that the lizan had a better memory of Kolonis than Kolonis had of the lizan. She'd hoped that her exit wouldn't have been too obvious, but then again, it wasn't very subtle. Just another side effect of everything going wrong when it came to the hero.

She gave a little sigh. Perhaps only she could be a peacemaker, one to bring some form of task to the group and give it haphazard unity. She doubted such an attempt would work, or that it would get anywhere, but if it bought her some means of being active again and putting her ultimate goals in reach, it was worth a try. "I suppose it doesn't matter. You can call me Kolonis." She pulled from one of her pockets a small assortment of runes, various shapes, sizes, and colors, all smaller than an inch wide, and began arranging them on her lap. "They're not getting anywhere, are they..." she muttered as she moved the runes in seemingly no particular order.

I'm not tottaly willing to run a second one. We do have alot but right now I think this is all I can handle. Though it's good to see that a good few of you are keeping up.

Which is fair enough.

Indeed, the real issue here is getting the current group to work past skepticism and not just part ways the moment the quest begins...

I do suppose your right, I have seen that happen before. I guess its 50/50 then, either it works or it doesn't.

The only scenarios that I see truly have the best attrition rate are the ones with super-high attrition rate before the roleplay even starts. Ruthless nitpicking and vetting before the RP even starts can result in a group that sticks until the end, but that's plainly not viable here, both in the context of this forum and the fact it's a more open roleplay than what I'm talking about.
I say the more players the merrier. Sad to say, but you never know who might drop out.

True enough, though I've found that a high surplus at the beginning can make a reversed effect of actually causing people to drop out from the sheer lack of organization. It's a tricky business.
Ah, you've found yourself upon these fine shores...

...enjoy. For there is no leaving after you disembark
If there is such a player surplus, there could be two concurrent roleplays either in the same universe/context/broad theme with the same management, assuming Cucco wanted to do two roleplays at once. Possibly two quests that have a close connection.

If nobody else wishes to, I don't put it past Kolonis to do what is described in Alionna's history. Though if anyone, I'd see that coming from a demon more like Vreskrr.
Smashed by a hero's hammer after being mistaken for a demon boss.

Now would Garen recognize her?

Her only real appearance was hovering near the scene of the final battle, but she took off before the hero could intercept her. It's possible he saw her fleeing the scene, as her robes in such a context would be somewhat distinctive and fully activated; but it would have been a glancing visual more than anything else, perhaps deja vu.
Greetings! Let me be thy guide. Don't mind my title, just a point of slander by jealous competitors.
