@Dark Cloud Thinking that perhaps he lies on the fringes of the Cult. A protector of Gwynevere but not really part of the more sinister aspects of the Cult. Somewhat like the old Slave Knights, the Cult uses what they deemed expendable portions of the Cult that they keep in the dark of the true nefarious purposes of the group making them believe something else, making them easy to manipulate unfortunately. Thinking he would be more used on fighting any demon's that wander out of Lost Izalith or simply shoved to the side as a protector of the Painted World since I imagine the Painted Guardians have somewhat dwindled or are gone and it would keep him still under their thumb when they don't need him until a more pesky pest starts being troublesome so why not send him to take care of the job while they work on more pressing matters to uphold their cult.

Hmm maybe I"ll keep him as is. A flawed fellow believing in blind faith that the Daughter of Sunlight can somehow bring peace once more the the realm, blind to the suffering. In the very end, those old friends he once sought to end their suffering, he has now become one trapped in a falsehood that blinds him to truth. Perhaps he will one day see the error of his ways or he shall die to do what he believes is what is right to him.

Biography:
One of the last Berenike Knights in Lodran that has their wits about them. He came to Lodran with his fellow Berenike Knights, following under the mighty Iron Tarkus on a fateful journey. He wound up separated from the group down in the depths of the wretched Blighttown, though he clawed his way from the putrid filth and make his way to Sen's Fortress to discover tragically that those he once called friend were now mindless husks, attacking all that they saw. His personal goal was to end their tragic suffering, seeking out his once former comrades throughtout Lordran and making them meet their final end on his blade. His journey took him to the abandoned city of Anor Londo where he found the resting place of Iron Tarkus, a name that is a distant memory in his mind. With each passing day it becomes harder to remember the faces and names of those he once fought with.

He himself nearly succumbed to madness until his eyes beheld the beauty of the daughter of Sunlight. No words could describe her but witnessing her gave him hope and a new purpose. For now he shall remain as part of her service, though in sleep he sees a peaceful snowy place that perhaps he shall find when he is needed no more.

Personality: He is a rather stoic man, a knight of honor that is faithful for whatever mission or journey he is set on. Whatever it takes to upheld his lady's will so shall it be. Despite the serious nature of his, behind it is also a joyous man that manages to hang on his sanity as best he can.

Skills:
Iron Will - With his size he is by no means quick, but what he lacks in swiftness he makes up in raw strength. Able to lift some of the heaviest weapons that few would find practical for combat. A shield for his allies if they may need to make a retreat from a tough foe.

Armorer - Not the greatest but enough to keep his armor and weapons from fully breaking and ready to take on any foe.

Equipment:

1x Old Berenike Armor - The armor that he wore when he and his comrades journeyed into Lordran. The armor has lost its shine since that time and is no where near as strong as it once was. He has yet to have the heart to leave it behind.

1x Mace - A blunt weapon that is good for bashing foes that stand in his path. While he would prefer a larger, powerful weapon, he makes do of the mace for the time being as his old greatsword has since been lost to the perilous Sen's Fortress when he was seeking out and disposing his old friends from their cursed misery.

1x Battered Shield - An old shield from Berenike. What once was proud and strong, now was weathered and worn from blocking all forms of weapons and foes. While not the greatest in appearance it still holds true though how long it shall last is hard to say.

1x Old Medallion - A medallion with the shape of the sun on it. Once it had a face though now it has been worn away. Given to him by a rather strange knight seeking his own 'Sun'. He hoped that perhaps that knight found what he was looking for. The medallion has no other value besides as a memento to the old knight.

Seeing the premise now, reminds me of a mod that currently is being worked on by a group of people. Still early but it similarly takes place only shortly after the first game's ending. New bosses, NPC, mechanics, etc. Called Dark Souls: Nightfall-

Zaina had continued to wander aimlessly between stalls hardly giving any more then a glance now, while at one point having to put another hyena in there place as they didn't understand no meant no. He was somewhere upside down in a trash bin with pride wounded. Luckily she left him with no injuries as she had to play by the school rules after the baboon incident. She was going through her phone when a commotion was brought to her attention. A zonkey and owl arguing over something that was rapidly escalating. She knew it was none of her concern that she could leave it alone but as it grew closer to a fight she huffed annoyed using her phone to record the last few moments of the two butting heads before slowly walking up behind the zonkey who appeared to be the aggressor to the conflict, shadow slowly falling over them.

"Think she deserves another chance," Zaina stated after appearing behind the zonkey who spun around and briefly seemed to want to argue with her but once having to lift her head from looking at Zaina's chest to see eye to eye with Zaina all words seem to escape her leaving the zonkey looking like a fish gasping for air while they tried to compose themselves.

"Now what am I to do?" Zaina contemplated ",I was having a riveting time recording your little outburst of a tantrum. So now I'm left with a few options. Now I could go to the head honcho here and get you into some problem but I don't care much for school politics." Zaina knelt down putting her eye to eye with the egotistical zonkey continuing to speak rather then let the zonkey get a word in making sure that her large fangs were showing.

"I'm sure you know what happened to a certain baboon a few days back, hard to miss a giant hyena knocking them down a few pegs. So that's option two but I'm all ready on thin ice with that incident so I'd rather avoid giving another animal a bloody nose and concussion. This leaves you with one final option."

Zaina spun the zonkey easily around arm tightly wrapped around them holding them close and pointed at the owl ",You give her, her rightful third throw and we forget any of this happened. Life goes on for you to have a stick up your ass, she gets another chance to prove herself, and I get to return to blissful ignorance of this dull carnival." The zonkey stuttered but Zaina paid little attention while reaching over to where the ball was dropped and tossing it to the owl.

"Believe that this is yours," Zaina stated arm still holding the zonkey, slightly tightening to keep them from protesting with a toothy smirk to them.

Zaina had been roaming around the quad, looking at the various club stalls that were around. Most hardly garnering more then a passing glance from the large hyena. Zaina had never cared much to share her interests with others so even the clubs that matched what she liked didn't garner much more time from her. Currently she stood in an area that seemed to cover just about every sport that Eukary had to offer. One of the first she had given a little more time too was a weight lifting club but with the amount of male attraction she moved on from it, hardly needing any more meat heads then her regular workout sessions to be bothering her, let along those on campus. The wrestling club was another but then again she all ready had to do enough wrestling with idiots who had one too many drinks in the Wolf Pack on her work nights. Most team sports were out of the question, she wasn't much of a team player due to her past and only having herself to rely on. Zaina gave an annoyed huff as her mind went through the options that were slowly dwindling. The hippie club she had past by earlier was starting to look appealing the more she wandered around.
