*Takes it and places it into the cylinder of a machine that levitates the firearm in the center*
It will only be a moment.
*A cover slides over the machine as it begins to whir*

Might I ask what the purpose is?
<Snipped quote by Armed Forces>

Do you possess a firearm you would be willing to modify? Or shall I provide one?

*A sidearm materializes in the empty holster at my side, and I pull it out, twirl it around, and offer it to you handle-first*
<Snipped quote by Armed Forces>

Do you have a preferred weapon? There is an additional countermeasure I can install if you would like.

I’m a firearms kind of guy. I’ve got no problem using whatever is on hand, though, or more preferable in a given situation.
<Snipped quote by Armed Forces>

The long-term consequences are also important to factor in.

I agree. For all options.
<Snipped quote by Armed Forces>

Removing the parasite and augmenting her body to not require blood?

Right. Or implementing a system which performs all the duties of blood in the body, and the necessary means to sustain it.
<Snipped quote by Armed Forces>

Unfortunately so. Ragnarok has attached itself to her consciousness, and she must be aware.

It’s on the verge of absolute takeover then. I have no opinion on what route will be best as far as actually fixing her, but I can handle the rest. I might also suggest cybernetic augmentation, since the technology and techniques for implementing such are well established.
<Snipped quote by Armed Forces>

I believe you may be able subdue her. And I do believe that their fundamental incompatibility will prove beneficial for us.

Will she need to be subdued more than she already is?
<Snipped quote by Armed Forces>

Black blood to some other substance. Preferably one that can sustain her.

Hm. I can’t say any of those fall within my skillset. Do you believe the imperfection of the host will make it easier to get rid of? To my knowledge, it was impossible to remove in Crona.
<Snipped quote by Armed Forces>

We could attempt to extract her blood, which is a significant medical risk. We could attempt an in-place replacement that may result in further infection. Finally, we could attempt a total conversion. I’m open to additional suggestions if you have them.

Total conversion of?
<Snipped quote by Armed Forces>

Mmm. As a result, if we wish to save her life, our approaches are limited. And as a result of my current condition, I am incapable of serious magical assistance outside of what my lab can produce.

What are the viable approaches here?
