The person running the show in the hospital is just one of their senior doctors, unfortunately. Bless their soul, they're making due with what they have, and that includes leadership.

Once you leave the safe zone, I can point you in the direction of our guys. They're nearby, and have been affected for less time than the actual population of course.

We’re unsure exactly what the influence even is- If, for whatever reason, you become exposed to the “disease” during your entry, it would be exposing the safe population unnecessarily. Would rather just skip that possibility entirely, until we know how it’s transmitting.
