Like I said, water makes up about 5% of the planet, most of that percentage within the planet's inhabitants. Also, fun fact: the Great worms hate water. With that in mind, you speifically should make sure whatever part of you that comes into contact with one doesnt have any more water or moisture than a human hand in this climate would have. Think of it how salt interacts with slugs.
