All I want is people willing to roleplay with me D: haha, kidding of course. I need roleplays with flexible posting schedules and long running ones with no, or very little, focus on romance. I don't do fandom RPs and I like both 1x1s and groups. I'm tired, I'll edit this all out later. Last edit: 3 March 2015

*Drags Scout back into conversation* Are you saying you can't contribute to our glorious boasting of who eats better food?
You might have beef wellington, but who here has authentic home cooked Asian food every day? This girl.
I think you misspelled HORRIFICALLY
I was the only one excited in my English and Lit class about doing Shakespeare this year. Then I realized we were only going to do Romeo and Juliet and I got so bored. This place has no Shakespeare company as far as I'm aware. Le sigh~

Why don't we discuss how underrated Dr. Seuss is?

Edit: Of course we're not going to be inseparable. That only happens to twins and even then we saw how that worked out with Fred and George... >.>
Yeah, I mean we're clogging up the OoC with Shakespeare and Dr. Seuss 。゚(TヮT)゚。 (God I love these things.)
Oh that'll be fun. Is she going to do that combining adage thing? Instead of "I'll cross that bridge when I get to it" and "Burning your bridges," it's "I'll burn that bridge when I get to it." Or something like that.

Edit: I should probably go and post something up to help translate cardiac arrest for Anaïs shouldn't I?
Yeah, Wen does. In my head she lives in the French Quarter of New Orleans but also works as a programmer so she has to be fluent in both French and English. We'll get Anaïs better at English until she can have in depth, topic-specific discussions in English. But having you here makes me wish I played a less serious character so then Anaïs could be saying something in French and then Wen purposely translates it wrong. Like Anaïs is saying about how she could be hungry or whatever and then Wen's like, "Don't worry guys, she just said, 'Je suis une pomme de terre petite.' She's a small potato, no worries." Or something like that.

I hope I did that right. I've only taken two years of French and I know adjectives go after nouns but it it still sounds so weird to me by doing that.
Scout, do you know that both of our characters know French? Like that's awesome. Am I gonna have to help translate with your character? Also, I enjoy the merde you threw in there. Classy. Cursing sounds so nice in French.
I loved A Midsummer Night's Dream. Is everybody basically in agreement in this thread that Shakespeare was not all that great? Ice, if I can say skiddlyboop in casual conversation, turn nouns into verbs, curse using names instead of actual words, I think you can use Seuss-ian words on a daily basis.

Also, Dr. Seuss did some wonderful work and should be praised for everything he's written. His political cartoons were not too bad either.
Haha. It's so weird attempting to type in laughter phonetically. Like "haha" sounds so sarcastic to me but "hahaha" seems like it goes on for too long.

So after everyone posts this orderly round of introductions, what angle do we want to turn this RP into? Like we could explore this place together as one big tromping circle or we split up to do some interacting with one another in smaller groups? Or do we all start building up tension within the group as some of us don't want to go but some of us want to go back to Earth? Basically, I'm asking what happens next.
