*Waits for ze Voltin*
It evoked a feeling of impending doom to her, every time. That sense of returning to reality and leaving the place she most desperately needed to be. Looking up into the ceiling of a sun-lit classroom, its material dappled with off-white color. True scent entered her nose, crisp and natural. It was good, but it was not wanted. This disposition towards the virtual was not a disease of addiction that afflicted Hisoka Kurosawa, but rather a disease of fear and anticipation. Every second spent in the pointless and trivial world of pre-eighteen education was a second spent dawdling and doing nothing towards her needed future. The revelation of a temporary server shutdown angered her, but it did not show. Only a dull purple eye color shone through the poignant visage of her pale face.

Sitting within her classroom, Hisoka's head was tilted backwards, eyes gazing into the ceiling with a melancholy sense that she was lacking something stimulating... as if nothing there could rouse her senses beyond a vegetative stare. One with excellent perception might notice the ever-so slight tremors in her neck, as holding back the obnoxious ploys of a tiny devil trying to shake her about. They soon stopped as her head rolled forward, returning to the world around her. There was a long inhale, and then she held it; the air seemingly disappeared into some void within her lungs, in reality simply exiting with such a fine control that few could tell she was still breathing.

Disappointing.

Such was all she could muster to say in her head. How disappointing the failure in their programming was. How disappointing her removal was. How disappointing this classroom was. True, she might have been the Level 5 nobody known only as Aeon Crane in the DGP, barely noticed within her own guild all the same, but within the flesh and blood real world, she was of a standing greater than her "compatriots". They did not entertain her well. Hisoka's eyes traveled down to her desk where her arms and hands rested gracefully and neatly, still there from when she had entered the program. A water bottle sat next to it. Sipping from the pop-up cap, she did not recoil even as the luke-warm water touched her tongue. It had grown warm while she played in the simulation. Disappointing.

An announcement came over her World Interface, and her eyes returned to the ceiling. Invasion of enemy NPC's? What a breach of their security it must have been. Immediately the images of a greasy hacker hunched over before a hot glowing monitor appeared in her mind. A prank? A message? A moment of childish playfulness? Little consideration of something bigger passed over her mind. The issue of fame was much more pressing, and as she sat idly in the classroom, she knew well that the situation was not aiding her in that quest.

The Silent Marauders. The Orange King. These were words and characters that stuck in her present thoughts. The avatar Bowed Woods, guild leader of the Marauders. His appearance stood out in her mind's eye, standing with that poorly-executed smile. Hisoka's hands clenched for a moment but she quickly realized her control had slipped, and they returned to a flattened state upon the desk. Standing up with a perfect stance, she took her leave into the halls, heading for the Marauders assigned meeting room. Logic would lead her to believe they intended to gather under circumstances such as these, if only to spread rumor about the cause of the "influx" of enemy NPC's.

She was not curious, merely prompt.

Probably. It makes sense, doesn't it?

God only knows with how strangely society works in this setting.
I assume these "classes" are sorted according to the student's year?

Well, CC seems like a complete and utter badass... Quite the antagonist.

Given how she was apparently frightened by BK just by sight alone, I'd use a different word than 'badass'.
Edited CS. Decided in the end to go with the Marauders. Cherish me Voltin.
Ehhhh still thinking on who to join.
