No, there will be different infiltration missions and things that will require more of a...soft touch, but since this team is made to deal with situations that calls for doing things normal heroes can't do, there will be a lot of killing, yes.
Yep, canon's pretty fluid. Check out my CS for an example. However, it has to at least make a lick of sense; meaning that main, integral Marvel heroes such as Captain America, Nick Fury, or Ironman would not be changed, since it would start to mess shit up. You get me?
Peter's powers have all come from the radioactive spider that had bitten him on that faithful, life-changing day. He possesses superhuman strength, speed, agility, toughened flesh, and numerous arachnid-like abilities.
Superior Form: Peter's physical limits have been ascended, allowing him to accomplish inhuman feats with ease. He can seemingly lift 20 pounds with only a minimum amount of struggle, and anything above that will push him more. He can move at speeds surpassing that of a speeding cars, but due to his web-travel, the exact limits aren't known to him. He can, at maximum, proceed in strenuous activity for several hours straight before fatigue gets ahold of him.
His durability is, like-wise, inhuman; he can take all sorts of impact forces without any outward reaction or bodily harm - punches from inhuman foes will hurt depending on their strength, but he can take full-powered punches from a trained heavyweight boxer without even a blink - matter of a fact, the man's wrist will break from the force.
He has the combined agility and acrobatic prowess of the most accomplished circus aerialists and acrobats. He can also perform any complicated sequence of gymnastic stunts such as flips, rolls, and springs, surpassing anyone and everyone with his agility. Similarly, hepossesses the ability to achieve a state of perfect equilibrium in any position imaginable. He seems able to adjust his position by instinct, which enables him to balance himself on virtually any object, no matter how small or narrow.
Peter's reflexes are similarly enhanced and are currently about 40 times greater than those of an ordinary human. In combination with his spider-sense - a far more superior version of this ability, the speed of his reflexes allows him to dodge almost any attack, or even gunfire, if he is far enough away. Peter has even been shown in some cases, to be able to dodge gunfire using just his reflexes without his Spider-Sense. This ability has been honed, to the point where he can sense a person's intent, even from a long distance away.
Spider-Man has a limited healing factor. While not on Wolverine's level, it is sufficiently powerful enough to recover from severe injuries from broken bones and large amounts of tissue damage in a matter of days.
Wall-Crawling: Peter has tiny little hairs on his body, allowing any part of his form to -cling- to virtually any surface, allowing him to perform feats that are unperformable by most. This can also be used in an offensive manner, using the ability to pull skin off of someone's body.
Skills:
Academically gifted, Peter displays an uncanny affinity for science that is nothing short of genius. According to Parker, his IQ is north of 250. Some of the Earth's most brilliant minds such as Reed Richards and Hank Pym have acknowledged Peter's intellect. This allows him to come up with whip-smart tactics and strategies on the spot, along with remember complicated plans and diagrams with only a small while of studying.
As a skilled investigator, Peter has been able to use his amazing intellect and resources at SHIELD to create many inventions his famous webshooters, his web-guns, his own suit, and a variety of other things such as cryo-pellets, frag-pellets, smoke-pellets, and flash-pellets.
He is a brilliant individual, with exceptional skill in practically every field of science, with expertise in applied science, chemistry, physics, biology, engineering, and mechanics. He is an accomplished chemist and physicist.
A master of combat - or, more specifically, his specific style, the Way of the Spider, Peter is an incredibly dangerous opponent, due to his mind, body, and skills. His methods are volatile, enabling him to rival practically all types of combatants. It compliments his body-type, The Way of the Spider, utilizing superhuman acrobatic stunts, brutal takedowns, and clever usage of webbing.
Equipment: His main 'equipment' used are, by far, his web-shooters. The twin devices worn on his wrists are able to shoot thin strands of a special "web fluid" at high pressure, along with lead bullets at the speed of a military-grade rifle. Peter has also created a utility belt that holds an abundant of extra clips of webbing, Spider-Tracers, and cartridges of different types of webbing, along with freeze capsules, bullets, and smoke/frag/flash pellets. He also has a Spider-Senser that can use UV light for Forensic investigation.
Personality: Events in his history has tailored Peter to his current mindset. Originally a rather naive, goody-two-shoed nerd, training with SHIELD and experiencing his remaining family's death has jaded the young man. He has become more serious and dark - he is still incredibly confident, although not to a level of arrogance, and he has not completely shaded his humorous side. Rather, he knows to be quiet - keeping to himself a lot, and his 'famous' quips in battle are usually at the expense of his victims, ranging from jokes about their incoming demise, or a grim one-liner over their defeated body. His black humor noticeably affects his enemies - either making them piss themselves, making them enraged, or simply making them lose all confidence.
To put his personality in a more 'neater' form, Peter is a cool, confident, rather dark young man that has since been disaffected with society. His humor, as strong as ever, is black and usually macabre/grim, albeit, to 'friends' he can tease without the usual frightening coldness he gives to his enemies. He's not directly mean, but has a 'distant', 'untouchable' vibe that usually wards away annoyances. He believes that it is better to not get close to anyone - neither romantically nor normally - and will bluntly notify you if you're passing a certain border. Either that, or he'll let you off easily...if he's in a good mood.
His cool personality in the heat of battle tends to annoy his enemies, whom are usually already in pain and tired - and he even has the nerve to make quips. He is generally serious and incredibly focused about anything that concerns him, and his ruthlessness in battle is something to be feared. However, there's still remnants of his older, nerdier self...not anything prominent. He just can't pull himself to be cold-hearted to naturally nice females, something that stuck with him after interactions with his Aunt May, Mary Jane, and Gwen Stacy. This ends with him breaking his cool, confident demeanor sometimes - but he instantly gets it back and excuses himself if this happens. Has the tendency to subtly tease and annoy some of his more strict, uptight teammates - just for the Hell of it. That is, if he feels like it.
History:
[First four paragraphs are from the wiki-page. Skipping is possible; the original content begins on 5th Paragraph, a few weeks or so after his Uncle's death.]
Peter Parker was born in Queens to CIA agents Richard andMary Parker. While Peter was still an infant, his parents were assigned to infiltrate the Algerian based spy ring controlled by the communist agent, the Red Skull. The moment the Red Skull learned that Richard and Mary were double agents, he had them killed by one of his agents, the Finisher, in an airplane crash overseas and then framed them for treason. Peter went to live with his uncle and aunt, Ben and May Parker, in Forest Hills, New York; they became Peter’s surrogate parents and raised him as if he were their own son. Over the next 9 years, Parker grew to be extremely bright in science and became a high honors student at Midtown High School. Parker's shyness and scholastic interest often made him a social outcast and a target for bullies, primarily football star Flash Thompson.
While attending a public exhibition demonstrating the safe handling of nuclear laboratory waste materials, sponsored by the General Techtronics Corporation, then-15-year-old Peter Parker was bitten on the hand by a spider that had been irradiated by a particle accelerator used in the demonstration. Making his way home afterwards, Peter was almost hit by a car; when Peter jumped out of the way, Peter discovered he had somehow gained incredible strength, agility, and the ability to cling to walls, spider-like traits that he immediately associated with the spider bite.
Encountering an ad offering a cash prize for staying in the ring for three minutes with a professional wrestler, Peter decided this would be a good way to test his powers. Wearing a mask to avoid potential embarrassment in the case he lose, Peter easily defeated his opponent. A TV producer observed his performance and convinced him to go on television with his 'act.' Designing a full costume and fabricating a fluid similar to a spider's web and wrist-mounted web-shooters, Peter called himself Spider-Man, becoming an immediate sensation.
Following his first TV appearance, Peter failed to act to stop an escaping thief, claiming that it was not his responsibility to do so. Peter forgot the incident as his fame rose, but days later he returned home at night to find his Uncle Ben had been murdered. Learning the police had the burglar responsible holed up in a warehouse, Peter changed to Spider-Man and easily captured him only to discover he was the same thief he had allowed to escape earlier. Filled with remorse, he realized that when someone has power, he has an obligation to use it responsibly, so he decided to become a superhero.
This is usually where the story ends, detailing escapades of the fun-loving, cheerful Spider-Man we all know and love...except it's not. He had thought that the death of Uncle Ben was the last, but once again...it was not. That faithful thief had friends...friends in high places, and within a few weeks later, his Aunt was brutally killed in their own home, whilst Peter was out saving a drunk from getting his ass kicked by muggers. When he returned home to the fresh scent of blood, Peter immediately shed his suit and ran to his Aunt's room, repeating the same mantra in his head 'please don't die please don't die please don't die'. She was...dead.
Decapitated, her body hung to the wall, her head on her bead, and written beside her cooling body, was the words, 'Don't Fuck With The Vipers'. He was enraged...so enraged. He didn't sleep for a day, spending that entire night searching for information about The Vipers. They were a notorious street-gang, thieves and murderers and rapists, and they would pay...They would pay. Finding their HQ wasn't a problem, at all. A bit of snooping, and they were found. Here...Spider-Man didn't even attempt to hold back, like he did whenever he fought crime. Heads were crushes, throats slitted with the gangster's own rusty machete, ribs broken...finding the ring leader to it all was icing on the cake. The man was executed, and Peter felt the first feeling of revenge...invigoration.
His high ended a day later, whilst lying in his home, when he realized that he was truly, truly alone...in every sense of the word. The rest is history; SHIELD investigated the brutal murder of The Viper gang, and easily tracked it back to the still naive Peter Parker. A minor fight ensued, with Peter being arrested and taken to the Shield HQ. There, Nick Fury rekindled the boy's hopes, asking him if he would like to stop this from happening to anyone else - to take out trash like the ones he took out in that HQ. Peter paused, before answering, rather meekly, 'yes'. He was trained by SHIELD, and some of it's top assassins and combatants, easily breaking the barrier and becoming an incredibly lethal and powerful young man. Over the years, he developed new techniques, styles, gadgets, and threw away his old costume in favor of his sleeker, newer one - using a Kevlar-inspired material to avoid the suit ripping from bullets or edged weapons. Life continued on, with Peter having done missions with top assassins such as Wolverine and Black Widow.
When this offer was thrown onto the table, Peter had been relaxing in the SHIELD HQ, legs propped up on the table. Slightly tired from just coming back from a week-long assassination mission, he had, like that same day all those years ago, paused, before looking up at the ceiling. The confirmation wasn't vocal - but it didn't need to be. He would do it...because...what was life without changing things up a bit? New faces, new challenges, new adventures. New butts to kick.
Lol naw, I understand. I was just a bit curious, since you posted under my post without any specification, heh. Yeah, they'd probably just avoid each other. It makes sense.
@Tip sorry, I just kind of copy paste-d the CS from the interest check to here without reading the whole thing, please dont punish me. ;_; Read everything else now though, and I just edited my CS. XD
I just copied the classes from your CS, lol. Also, check out the Relationship tab on my CS.
