Good thing all of this is going on.

Hopefully no one notices the vast amount of money about to be emptied from a bank...
Whilst all of that confusion was happening...

A teenager stared into his reflection, a smirk pulling at his unseen face. His figure was lean, but his form-fitting, dark-colored hoodie showed his defined form. He wore dark-colored jeans, as well, dark, full-length gloves, and along with what seemed to be soft-soled, dark-colored sneakers. His hood was up - seemingly permanently sticking in that position - for the time being, and his entire head and face was covered in a black mask, with what seemed to be a jagged spider-web design zipping down the middle of the mask. As he stared, the teenager slowly fingered the cloth that acted as his face-mask, marvelling at the texture; he didn't know that he could so easily dye the silk his webbing created-

"MASON HUNTER! COME EAT LUNCH!"

His mother's voice definitely didn't sound patient. Cursing underneath his breath, Mason lashed out a hand, a thin strand of web instantly crossing the length of his room and connecting to the door handle. A flick of the wrist, and the door slammed shut with the strength to shake his entire room. Letting the webbing disperse, Mason dashed towards his bed, nimbly flipping over it whilst grabbing the compact duffel-bag as he went. He landed on his open window-sill, and a brief glance downwards showed that the coast was fully clear - he was available to get out and head towards the Saline Bank, only a few blocks away, as he was already in the middle of the city...lower middle-class apartment for the win. His dark form blended in well with the cobble as he easily leaped onto his roof and began making his way towards the bank, keeping silent, bullet-fast, and low on the roof-top, often crawling like a spider whenever he felt it was necessary.
How many banks, approximately, do you think this city has?
Eh...school wasn't today. Mason walked down the city's streets with his hands resting in his jeans' pockets, glancing around under feathery locks of silky black hair. Other than the occasional mugger that tried to get him in alley-ways, he hadn't found completely good ways to test his powers, and it was slightly getting him antsy. He could possibly try to rob a bank and test his powers that way...a smirk formed on his face. Matter of a fact, that sounded pretty good right about now. He wasn't some evil super-man, but a bit of money would definitely help with future escapades, and becoming a thief had always been something he was interested in. He just wouldn't kill any of the guards. That would suck.

"I need something to hide my face..." He silently muttered, throwing up the hood of his black hoodie. After glancing around once, he began walking towards an alley, his finger-tips rubbing over themselves. Maybe...his webbing could work for that?
Thing was...he didn't need to waste time with circles.

As soon as the officer grabbed him, Blaise calmly and lazily gripped the man around the face, his gloved right hand seeming to grow warmer as he stared blankly into the man's eyes. "Do not touch me. You have no right." He said lazily, his grip seeming like steel. "Stand down." Blaise glanced over to Tash, gesturing once with his head.
He snorted quietly, wondering what was wrong with the city. He wasn't lying this time; both times he had been attacked, without any prior knowledge. It was actual self-defense. "Disgusting. Whatever; Arrest me, and I'll talk to your superior officer. I hate worthless oxygen-thieves like you." He offered the girl both of his wrists, his bored, sharp black eyes staring at her in barely disguised disgust.
Blaise rose an eyebrow at the clumsy officer and his superior, woman, officer. "..." Lazy eyes glanced over to Tash as she drew her little transmutation circles, and ice spikes began to build up. When the ground was covered in frost and ice, he finally sighed, taking another puff of a cigarette, which seemed to come out of nowhere. "Listen, idiots." He spoke slowly, as if talking to children, his deep, smoky voice silencing the crowd around him. This was the first time they had heard him talk; Blaise didn't much talk to people he found annoying, so that was the reason.

"I guess I should have let her stab me in the heart, and the other buffoon gut me in the intestines, right? I guess self-defense isn't allowed in this city?" He leveled his half-eyed, razor-sharp stare at the superior officer, still blowing a steady stream of smoke from his cigarette. His gloved hands rested simply in his pockets.
Damian fought the heavy urge to facepalm at Nick's blatant show of disrespect and rudeness. Lord Voldermort killed families and children, and yet the buffoon just made the gesture that showed him to be a part of the man's long-dead conquest. It was much like the muggle middle-finger - something Damian himself used an almost obscene amount - and so, he responded with a brief middle-finger himself, before glancing once more, over to the blonde female sitting beside him.

"Sorry for wasting magical food." He grumbled, taking out his wand and muttering something, with a brief flick towards his fork. It promptly turned into a green, plump apple, which the Quidditch Seeker grabbed and took a massive chunk out of. After a second of chewing, he swallowed deeply and turned his eyes towards Leo. The lion stared back at it's owner, and after a minor stare-down, Damian smirked and ruffled it's fur. "Why are you sitting by me?" It wasn't meant to sound rude; it was just stone-blunt and to the point. Damian was usually sought after by some girls due to his unconscious 'bad-boy, bad-ass' persona, but it was weird for a girl he KNEW to not romantically like him, hang around him for so long. Weird and new.
Lol, by the way, Blaise isn't in the coalition. He doesn't like anything official like that, and if he had to choose, he'd probably ally with the State, instead. Just a heads-up.

Edit: It seems like the coalition is outnumbered, so I'll let him stay.
Blaise just keeps building himself a bigger hole...
