Makoto wandered along the street, illuminated by the street lamps above in the evening light. Though it wasn't eerily dark, Makoto preferred the light since it gave him a full view of the streets as opposed to the darkness where anything could be lurking. After years of training with his father, he'd learnt to be wary of most things, real or not.
He'd not long since received word to attend a meeting at the Dangeki Cosplay Café Club. Normally, he would have turned it down due to just the name of the business, but the message seemed urgent, and he felt obliged to attend. He hadn't been invited to anything recently, and thought he'd make the most of it instead of being cooped up at home.
Upon arriving at the establishment, Makoto saw the sign that informed him he'd got to the right place. He grimaced, but forced himself to open the door, expecting a bunch of costume clad people. Instead, he was met by a large group of normal-clothed people. Some a bit more eccentric than others, but that didn't bother him as much as dressing up.
Makoto realised they'd already began their meeting almost as soon as he was across the threshold, so he slowly and quietly closed the door behind him and slid into the back of the group, attempting to stay out of the line of sight of whoever was at the head and just listened to what they had to say for the most part.
