Just came back from being brutally, utterly wrecked at the 2016 Long Beach Dragon Boat Festival. Then nearly going broke after a full day at Disneyland.

Just placed 2nd with my robotics team at our tournament today. Only thing that kept us from 1st place was the dreaded L word: LAAAAAAAAAAAAG!!! T_T

What a day I've had! First a blackout no doubt caused by living near the Super Bowl stadium. Then a logical leap to work on my computer offline, aka clean a bit of dust inside only to nearly break it.

Bio

What's up people, here's my intro, just deal with it. B)

Anyways, this is my first time forum roleplaying, closest thing I've ever done to this would be chatroom Mafia and organizing a Facebook faction page for gameplay, besides IRL PnP RPing. However I'm quite prudent and dedicated to being online everyday just to check for posts and such. I'm also very (overly?) assertive when it comes to dealing with game mechanics and GM rulings, and I will raise issue with the GM when I find one that's loose, unsatisfactory, or missing (I may come off as a harsh critic at times, though offering an assistant GM role would help XD).

From what this site offers, I'm interested in joining up a Free, Casual, or Advanced Roleplay thread. Specifically I'm interested in:
- High fantasy
- Cyberpunk sci=fi
- Deeply conflict driven
- Anything idealist/philosophical bound (then broken)
- Based on character origin/progression
- But I'm willing to try anything else if it sparks my interest!

@tobiax If so, the latter clause "regardless...applied" is confusing and redundant. And I'm sure stat requirements like (Requires: Arms) is hard to meet.
Each Family has certain Features available to its members. Some are automatic and need no specific investment, while others need to be expressly chosen. Features can allow altered modes of transportation, such as flying, swimming, or burrowing underground, unique fighting abilities, and other ways of making a Digimon unique. Each Digimon species may start with a single Feature from those available to it based on its Families, regardless of any drawbacks that may be applied. Digimon with a maximum level below Ultimate(5) may not be allowed more than three (3) features. No Digimon may have more than five (5) Features in effect at any one time, regardless of if effects are passive or active.

I don't quite understand the implications of underlined sentences. I believe either "may" or "regardless" is the incorrect choice of wordage here. Also, is it thus possible to possess 3 features right from the start?
@Caits Bump.
Kris grinned and replied to Lily, "I would ask you to repeat the favor for every other tablet to be found, but this should suffice for now. Let me give you the other locations though as I remember them roughly."

He pulled out his phone and noticed Angelo's text before sending one to Lily, with a list of places within school. "Track them on your own free time, and see if you can catch the hacker. Obviously look out for a girl if she's been in the girl's locker room, and if you're not feeling guilty enough, snapping a few pictures of a suspect wouldn't hurt. I'll be off now, see you."

Just exiting the school and leaving its network boundary, Kris pulled up his alternate email and began enacting his plan to Ochre Technic:

Aurrorian here.

Major exploit and lead on hacker. Sending download link with program sample. Extract and convert for Neuro Linker use. 50/50

I believe that is enough payment for your services.

Before sending the email, Kris extracted the tablet out of his bag, and after trial and error succeeded in uploading a zipped file of the entire bot code to an online cloud storage before wiping the original. He pasted the link and hit Send; literally 30 seconds later a reply came to surprise Kris.

Whoa. You still owe me for the targets, but I'll take this deal anytime. I'll let you know when the final product's available. This wannabe's done pissing us off anyways.

As quickly as Kris read the email, a network packet analyzer app was already being downloaded onto the tablet, and Kris was considering how to code his backdoor to install on a mobile device. Wheels were spinning, all on his walk back home.
Waiting on official OOC thread before putting forth my character. So are we or not doing class progression? Because the latter would be a shame, unless you're about to weave a compelling world for us to...do whatever with.
And @NightmareInd has been skipped, though I'll pause again when IC rolls over to the next day. @Caits, your move.
By some stroke of luck and irony of Nightmare busy with actual school projects, Kris ended up partners with another random student (that he hoped wouldn't be lazy and leech off his work). The rest of the school day passed uneventfully, until the final bell rang. Kris wasn't supposed to tutor today, but he waited outside the center anyways, knowing Lily would assume otherwise to meet him.
@NightmareInd Bump again. I'm considering moving along without you, making my latest IC post trivial. Opinions (and feeling well) @Jangel13?
@The Elvenqueen That's the point of taking the quiz though. XD (Also your result suggests you didn't fully complete the quiz as the Enchanter is a prerequisite class, you could have easily gotten the Elemental Ranger class if during the Quest questions you picked all arrow/magic answers.)
I'm interested, if I could suggest Creator/Demigod classes be banned for now, and maybe class progression implemented. Not really feeling for a pseudo-PvP with a smattering of politics basically.
