Pretty sure Blue is no longer in the RP so you can post. Hard to confirm though.
I'll try to post, but I do think we shouldn't jump to any conclusions until we know with certainty she is not coming back. Blue has gone MIA in the past only to suddenly return in full force so I wouldn't rule out that possibility. Not to mention how important Fei is to our part of the RP. Removing her would cause some huge problems in the story.
Jean-Luc admired the professionalism of the robot Creatrix. Polite enough to address him and any questions he had, while keeping answers short and avoiding any personal topics. It was a shame not all members held that same level. Almost immediately after the man named Sean was seated, the now infamous Dr. Antoinette Agresta entered the room and began berating the current members. Anyone who kept up with the news knew who she was, and it was almost despicable she voiced doubt about them holding up the Sentinels name when she herself had been “dismissed”.
Seeing as she called him a “kid”, Jean-Luc decided to retaliate in the same manner. “Oh dear. Someone should call any nearby nursing homes and see if they are missing a patient because I think she just wandered in.” Jean-Luc kept a firm gaze with Antoinette as he spoke and held it letting the doctor know he wasn’t intimidated by her or her little creation. He only broke the gaze once Creatrix got involved and decided he would let it go if she would.
With that encounter finished, Jean-luc was now able to check the room as more of his soon to be teammates had arrived. The list now included a skeletal looking woman, a walking armory, a soldier, a young girl in a hat, and a man in dark clothing and glasses. Oddly enough, Jean-Luc was starting to feel wearing casual clothing was making him stick out more than the rest of these characters. Either way, he was not here to socialize like the women who had already struck on a conversation, and chose to simply sit back and wait to see what their first instructions would be.
Jean-Luc stepped out of the cab that had ferried him to the Sentinel HQ. He removed a large duffle bag with all his equipment save for his bow from the trunk; his bow itself had never left his side as Jean-Luc was still a little uneasy about all this and feared it might have been a hoax. Nevertheless, once his belongings were in hand, he gave the driver his pay plus a good tip and headed up to the large stairs in front. Ascending the stairs Jean-Luc couldn’t help but admire the architecture of the building. Though his family had probably paid for them to have such a large flashy building, its beauty and pristine condition was enough to let him know it was appreciated.
At the top of the steps Jean-Luc stopped just shy of the glass doors. This was it, once he walked through those doors his life as a mercenary would be over. He would no longer be his own boss, live by his own rules, he would forever become a part of this group. But it was all for the greater good, and he was ready to start using his abilities to help to world. Taking a deep breath, he entered the building and quickly located and made his way to the front desk. ”Excuse me.” he spoke to the woman sitting there, ”Could you tell me where the Sentinel’s are meeting? She happily gave him the floor number and also informed him he could leave his things there so that they could be delivered to his new quarters. Thanking her and setting his belongings aside he moved into the elevator and pressed the appropriate floor.
The elevators were much faster than anticipated and in no time doors opened to reveal a large room with circular table in the center. Sitting at the table currently was an aged robotic figure and a woman who clearly wasn’t aware Halloween had ended. Strange characters indeed, but the organization had a history of employing rather flamboyant figures long as they got the job done. With a brisk pace Jean-Luc walked out of the elevator and took a seat an equal distance away from the other two. Once seated he exchanged glances with them for a brief moment before speaking, ”So. When do the others arrive?”
I vote complete restart for a few reasons. As you pointed out most of the original players are gone and really all that was done in the last RP was establish their characters. Since we'd either be pushing them to the side or killing them off the whole intro becomes moot. Be easier to just wipe the slate clean.
Another, and this is just a completely personal opinion, the first mission the team got felt like way too big a leap. Taking out one of the terrorist leaders feels like something the team should earn, having all three handed to them right off the bat just feels cheap.
Yeah. Originally I think we were waiting on Blue, but after stalking looking at her profile it seems like she's on vacation until after the 4th. My second idea was to then just have everyone time warp to the chateau but since Windel is gonna less active as well I'm not sure if that would be wise. I mean if we need some filler we could have @The 42nd Gecko come back and start the duel/free-for-all early. (Hell, Jessi might even join!)

In-Depth Appearance
Jean-Luc is a white male standing around 6’ with an average build. The mix of dark and gold that make up his beard and hair is usually combed back to keep it out of his pale blue eyes. His choice of clothing varies depending on the situation, but for casual often defaults to a mix of jeans and a t-shirt covered by a black jacket.
Jean-Luc’s Spectre gear is a solid black outfit with a hood and mask that conceals all but his eyes. What looks to be leather is in fact a lightweight kevlar that offers precious but little protection. Though it provides next to no tactical advantage, Jean-Luc likes to sport a dark navy blue simply for style points.

Polite, efficient, and with a plan to kill everyone he meets. Jean-Luc always has a professional courtesy when dealing with allies; keeping a cool and level head and showing respect to those who hold positions of authority. Though if the same respect is not shown back, you will be looked down upon to the point he may refuse to acknowledge you as his equal. At the same time, don’t expect him to be friendly with you even if you have been nothing but nice to him. Being burned by the only person he’s ever truly trusted, he finds it hard to make a personal connection with anyone.
This is especially true on the job. Jean-Luc understands there is little to no room for error and as such will settle for nothing less than perfection from himself and his team. He has been known to memorize every single detail of a plan even parts he is not involved in.

Origins
Background
Being born into one of the wealthiest families in France, Jean-Luc spent the first half of his life in luxury. His parents were savvy and successful entrepreneurs and as such money was never an issue for the family, and they made sure to share the wealth as much as they could. With the war looming on their doorstep, the Rivières wasted no time in offering their support in helping to fund the Sentinel program and get it off the ground as fast as possible.
Though the world thought it was time to retire the Sentinels after the war, the Rivières disagreed. To them, not only would keeping the Sentinels mean they would be ready for any threat, but the opportunity for criminals and others with shady pasts to turn a new leaf was the best type of rehabilitation. Though they couldn’t solely fund the Sentinels on their own, they had many other wealthy contacts who could go in with them and keep the program going; But they never got the chance.
Before they could put their plan into action, Jean-Luc’s parents were assassinated in their home. With no lead or evidence of any kind, the case went cold and Jean-Luc was ultimately placed under the care of a distant uncle, Percy, as he was the closest living relative. Despite having someone to look after him, he still felt alone and confused. It didn’t help that Percy would leave without warning on “business trips”. Plagued with the traumatic image of his dead parents burned in his mind, the constant mystery of who and why plagued him day and night until Jean-Luc finally gave into the mix of rage and despair and began looking into the murder himself. After looking into every news article and finding nothing noteworthy, he broke into the police stations record keepings and stole the case file.
He didn’t get much time to pour over it as Percy caught him red handed. Impressed with his skill and seeing his potential, Percy revealed he was a black ops mercenary who went by the code name “Phantom”. He offered to train Jean-Luc as he would need it if he continued down this path. He accepted and caught on quick; In no time he could move with the shadows, jump and climb obstacles with relative ease and do it all while making little to no sound. He excelled at hand to hand combat and though he learned how to use a variety of weapons, only took a liking to one, the bow and arrow.
Years went by. Jean-Luc, now under the alias “Spectre”, absorbed himself in his work which usually consisted of joint contracts with him and Percy. The two had become quite the team and were constantly being sought after by government and private organizations alike. To them it didn’t matter who was giving the orders, as long as the pay was good. None of it really mattered anyway, with still no leads on his parents murder, Jean-Luc’s hopes of solving it were all but gone; Until one mission turned up something.
After infiltrating a Shadow Cabal facility, Jean-Luc happened upon a server that contained copies of every assassination contract that had issued, including his parents. To his horror, hit had been issued to the agent Phantom. Percy was his parents killer all along. Enraged he attempted to confront Percy only to find he had vanished. All that remained was a note explaining his motives. He originally faked the documents that said he was his uncle and only intended to use Jean-Luc for his inheritance. He never intended for them to grow so close and now that the truth was out couldn’t face him.
The worst realization came when Jean-Luc not only understood Percy’s reasons, but sympathized with them. Jean-Luc had not only befriended his parents killer, but he had become the very thing they had spent their lives trying to prevent. Falling into a depression Jean-Luc nearly dropped off the earth until an offer to join the reformed Sentinels came his way. To fight for the organization his parents died for seemed like the perfect way to redeem himself, and so he took the offer ready to finally do good by his name.

Family
Olivia and Claus Rivière - Deceased: The Rivière’s were people of great influence and pushed for keeping the Sentinels in case of another threat. They were assassinated in their home before they could gain much support.
Percy Verreau - Foster parent: Renowned assassin who raised and trained Jean-Luc after his parents death. Disappeared after it was discovered he was their killer.
Abilities
Specialty arrows: The biggest advantage of a hard-light “quiver” is the wide variety of arrows it can make. As long as the schematics are programmed in, Jean-Luc can make it on the spot.
Normal
Taser/Stun
Knockout Gas
EMP arrow (ULT)
18 in Dexterity: Years of training have given Jean-Luc incredible agility that let him parkour and climb to any area as well as the reflexes to dodge and avoid incoming attacks.
ULT- EMP arrow: In a day and age when even guns are electronic, the ability to short electronics is dangerous in the hands of someone who uses little of them. By deploying this arrow, Jean-Luc disables all electronic and energy powered devices in the general area taking away any modern weapons being used or lights that might reveal him. The only set back this has is this includes Jean-Luc’s arrow glove leaving him without a source of ammo. Thus he usually saves using it for disengaging situations.
Weapons
An ancient weapon brought to the modern age, Jean-Luc’s Ghost Bow is more than capable of holding its own against the new age of weaponry. Packing around 100 lbs of draw weight giving it has enough power to take down most targets while making little sound.
Rather than using a traditional quiver to hold a limited amount of arrows, Jean-Luc uses a state of the art “hard-light glove” to create his arrows in his hand ready to use. This gives him not only a faster and unlimited supply, but is more flexible as he can make arrows as the situation demands as opposed to trying to plan which ones to bring.
Extra
Though he doesn’t use them, he is proficient in guns and other firearms. Favorite character is Hanzo. (Surprise!)
Well that took a year and a half, but finally done. Let me know if there's anything I need to fix :)
