2nd Division Captain, Irei Vostera
- 2nd Division barracks(Continued from previous post) -
Once everyone had divided themselves into two groups, Irei cleared his throat."Now that that's over with, it's time to get down to buisness." In an instant, he disappeared from view before reappearing with two large treasure chests in both of his hands. " In these boxes, you'll find swords that are made entirely out of chalk. However, you'll also find that each box only contains one kind of colored chalk. Common sense should tell you though that the colors used here will be red and blue since it represents your team's color grade." The captain tossed the chests towards the left and right ends of the room simutaneously.
"As for what to do with them...well get your team's chalk on the other team's clothes before nightfall and you win. Blue chalk belongs to the left while the right gets the red. Those whoo are chalked by the opposing team can no longer participate in this test and must return to their posts immediatly. Anyone who ignores this rule will be punished severely...the game starts when I take my leave." Irei concluded before vanishing. Without wait, all of the lower seated squad two members began rushing for their respective weapons like mere barbarians. The captain concealed himself in an elevated area while watching his men down below.
Just like any other squad, the Shinigami engaged their enemy with only raw skill and power alone. The squad two soul reapers fought against one another with an amazing amount of honor and vigor. However, Irei was greatly displeased at what he was witnessing. "Ugh, give a pack of wolves a group of targets to kill and they manuever around their designated foes carefully while picking them off one by one. Give a pack of dogs a group of targets to kill and they rush into battle recklessly. ...why can't my people be the wolves?"

@Vetis Well since your cs is still in its developmental stages, it's hard to put a grade on his power level. For history, I'd recommend you simply brainstorm. By that I mean break it down to several sections and work on it one at a time. Kind of like when you eat a large bowl of food. You can't just stuff it all in since your mouth lacks the capacity to do so. However if you pick em apart then it becomes possible. That's what's called 'Divide and Conquer'. Afterwards, read your conpleted backstory and imagine your char reacting to each and every scenario within it(both physically and mentally) and you have your persona before you know it.
As for the skills, I don't really know how many you get either, so it's best to converse with one of the badass gms about that.

"He loves me...he loves me not...he loves me...he loves me not..." A blue haired girl mutters to herself while sitting in a flower garden. In the girl's hand is nothing but a plain daisy that is having it's petals plucked off one after the other. "All the men fear her, she does as she damn well pleases and has a tendency to kill off anyone that gets in her way, be it friend or foe. ...Why is this thing not chained to the teeth already!?" An elderly man questioned. "Is it not obvious? Though the girl is a crazed animal on the battlefield, she happens to be extremely obedient inside of this one particular area. Besides, attempting to subdue someone of her ability would be detrimental to our organization, especially if you estimate the amount of bodies we would have to mop up afterwards. Hmm...but if my explanation has not satisfied your eagerness to restrain her, then be my guest. However no one will come to aid you in your foolish endeavor should you come up short..." An individual covered by a golden mask noted calmly before taking his leave.
The old man clenched his hands tightly in response. "Damn you Waikabe!!!" He yelled angrily, only for his mouth to quickly shut unexpectedly seconds later. The very girl he had been talking about restraining had her eyes completely focused on him. Her facial expression lacked emotion, her eyes didn't blink and her body didn't bother budging an inch. "'By shouting, I give Rashi permission to kill me,' he says." The blue haired girl said stoically. Her body slowly rose from out of the garden while keeping her attention fixated on the man who was in his later years, triggering him to make his way for the exit.

"Everyone!!!! Courtyard!!! Now!!!" Irei demanded in a high pitched tone, All of the Shinigami of squad 2 made their way to the center of the courtyard with great haste. The only exceptions to this were the higher seated members who were nowhere to be found. Once everyone arrived on the scene, Irei appeared to greet them."Ahem, ahem. Like the other day, we will be conducting a little test...only this time you know it's a test. Though what I have prepared is nothing new when it comes down to originality, it should help in improving your overall skills." The captain began massaging his head before continuing. "As for those who had acquired negative letter grades on the previously test, come to the left of me. Everyone not heading to the left side of me should be moving to my right."Irei ordered as his underlings separated into two groups.

"Everyone!!! The Sereitei is under attack!!! Prepare for battle!!" Irei's voice traveled through the barracks. In an instant of the lesser seated Soul Reapers quickly jumped of their beds before readying themselves for the unknown enemy. Seconds later, all of the Shinigami gathered at the center of the barracks while clenching their Zanpakuto's tightly. They had not crossed paths with the target and yet sweat was beginning to drip from their foreheads. Why was this? Were the soldiers ill prepared to fight or was it something else? "Urghhhh!!!" One by one the Soul Reapers were picked off until one was left standing. The last man standing clenched his weapon tightly to the point that his hands began to bleed. "Show yourself!!!" The Shinigami yelled with his eyes navigating the barracks back and forth simultaneously. "If this fight wasn't a mere test, then you'd be dead along with all the others..." A dark and sinister voice noted from behind the man.
"Maybe so, but I'm not dead yet!!!" The Shinigami yelled as he instinctively spun around in a 180 degree angle before following up with a horizontal slash. Though fast on his feet, the man's blade managed to cut only the air, causing his face to be consumed by fear. "I must admit that that's some nice reaction time you have there. However, I've already concluded my assessment of everyone's individual strengths and weaknesses so you're free to sleep now." The sinister voice spoke once more before the Shinigami's body fell to the ground right after. In no time at all Irei appeared in front of the pile of knocked out Soul reapers while mildly grinning. In his right hand was a bucket of red paint while in his right hand was another bucket filled with blue paint. "Now let's see who gets what..."The Squad 2 Captain muttered to himself lowly as he proceeded to place the buckets of paint onto the ground.

"Captain? Captain!? ...captain!!!" Irei jumped up from his slumber only to be greeted by his lower ranked Shinigami. "I was awake already...Sheesh!!! ...trying to master my mental state in my office just to get interrupted by disrespectful soldiers." The captain responded sluggishly, causing the men to look at each other with weird expressions before facing him again. "Umm captain, we're not in your office sooo yeaaahh and what's up with these markings?" one of the many Shinigami present asked. Irei looked up at the Soul reapers in response, which led to him finding animal markings on each one of their heads. "It seems you're indeed correct but more importantly, the animal shaped markings represent a letter grade while the color of those markings represent either positive or negative. For example: If you have a blue eagle plastered onto your head then that equates to you having a solid B-. I've posted up a paper on my office door for further information on this matter...dismissed."

If everything was allowed in an rp, portals wouldn't be the most op offensive move known to man. Time, gravity and true reality/dimension manipulation is way more op than creating mere portals/wormholes. Time first of all is undoubtedly the most op power since all things reside within it which means that being able to manipulate it would give you dominance over nearly everything in the physical realm. One could simply go back in time and prevent their enemies from existing or they could stop the flow of progress for but a moment in order to kill them. They could also speed their desired target's lifespan exponentially to the point that they become dust or vice-versa. If used properly, a person that can manipulate gravity can make you go splat or just send you off to space where you'll die instantly due to a multitude of reasons. Creating portals is part of dimension/reality manipulation but it isn't the strongest way of reality alteration but I'll leave it at that. Also, someone who specializes in draining bio electricity could easily deal with a portal user, since all the nerves in the body utilize bio electricity in order to transfer signals to one another. Taking away an individual's bio electricity means instant death if you didn't realize it, even for a person like wolverine or Deadpool(I might be wrong but I doubt it). I could go all day with this but hopefully you know just how powerful portal creation is as of now.
Besides, even if you were right, it wouldn't make much a difference since having ultra regeneration isn't far from it. Honestly, having such an ability(To your stated extent) is in every way cheap because it makes you either immortal or semi-immortal. And that takes the fun out of it because if you're playing with a char that cannot die by normal means then why fight at all? Are you really that unskilled as an rper that you need an op ability to compensate for it? I'm just saying. You've got to be really cheap or inexperienced to want to use something like that. Not to mention that you want to use it in a Bleach rp where fighting is top dawg like come on now. Plus you want to be a captain? Just how op do you want to get? Why can't you just try to be original and refrain from implementing abilities that come from an overpowered universe into your future creation? Eh, that's just me though...
