Ayumi — Roleplayer Guild

So it's been a while since I've actually posted an interest check for anything. And it's my first time posting on the new site after the "melt down" I guess you could say. But I've found myself with a bit too much free time. I just graduated from college about a month ago, and I'm having a bit of trouble finding a job. So I'd like to keep myself as busy as possible in between job hunting and meetings with my school. I prefer to do things via email these days. I don't really use my laptop nearly as much as I did before. And email is convenient for when I'm out and about, I can easily read a reply on my phone. If you don't want to it through email, that's fine too. If you'd like faster replies, though, email is the best option.

I'm probably one of the few people on here that would like a writing sample before I decide whether or not you're at the level i'm interested in. Too many times have I gotten involved in a roleplay with someone that claimed they were advanced and they were actually at a beginner level. I don't do oneliners. At least a two paragraph minimum is all I ask for.

Now, I suppose, is when I talk about my Dos and Don'ts.

The topic Dos
I like fantasy. Something like Game of Thrones, or Lord of the Rings is the type of fantasy I'm into. Elves, wizards, dwarves, that kind of stuff. I also like supernatural type settings as well. I like TRADITIONAL vampires and werewolves. The types of vampires that burn in the sun, and the kinds of werewolves that are horrible ugly beasts. I also really enjoy a master/slave RP when it comes to werewolves and vampires, but that doesn't have to be the plot if you're not really into that kind of thing. I do play male characters, but it's kinda rare. I have to really be into the idea for me to even want to play a male. I'm also not limited to just this kind of thing. If you can present an interesting idea, I'd be more than willing to give it a shot, especially if you manage to capture my interest.

The Topic Don'ts
I don't do Twilight related anything. I don't do modern day anything like high school girl/college girl gets pregnant or whatever then baby daddy falls in love with her blah blah blah. I don't do male on male or female on female roleplays. Not really interested in it. I will do roleplays with two females or two males that don't involve romantic contact. They can be friends, or travel companions, or whatever. I also don't do cannon RPs either. I'm not really into those. They're kind of boring to me.

So I'm pretty sure that's everything. If I think of anything else, I'll either tell you in a message, or edit this. Which ever. I'd prefer a PM to contact me, and then we can go from there!
