Alrighty, I think I might start thinking up a character for this. Just to be clear, are we starting with an artifact in our possession, or do those come into play later on in the RP?

Hello there! New to the forum, but not to roleplaying.

I've been roleplaying online for the past 3-5 years or so, and I've really quite come to enjoy the hobby. I typically go for stories in the fantasy genre, though I've been known to venture into other areas as well. I'm a reasonably literate roleplayer, and my posts are generally between 1 and 2 pages long in Word, so I'll likely be poking around the Casual and Advanced sections while I'm here. I've recently tried out tabletop gaming, and it's pretty fun, but I'm still kind of a novice in that area. Lately I've had kind of a craving to play a character that I thought up a year or two ago, so I'll probably be on the lookout for a nice fantasy-themed roleplay with a spot open for a wandering half-orc. I enjoy playing a variety of different types of characters, with various personalities and backstories, and ranging from heroes to villains and everything in between. Feel free to suggest anything if you'd like to do some roleplaying with me, or just stop by and say hello! I'm sure that it will be a pleasure to meet you all.
