I was just thinking we could come up with a common idea of what these NPC's are about.

I think those are great ideas for the chief and mayor. It would give a reason why the heroes aren't being hunted down. I might have my mobstress funding the campaign against supers.

They can certainly be the same person if it's appropriate. People like cops, spies, scientists and the like seem as though they wouldn't need double lives.

That sounds good to me! I still have my villain to toss up and who knows how Finn might evolve over time.

Everyone's characters are so good, I have no problem with a second being worked on.

Just waiting for a few more characters before putting the IC up, hopefully we might stir up some more interest.

I think all the characters are great so far! Nice and diverse group. I'll put some relationship ideas of my own up later.

We also need things like a NPC mayor, chief of police and similar people that anyone can reference to or use
