She was born to a loving family who worked a modest farm on the rolling hills of the Planet Chandrila. Much of this time is but a blur to her as the green rolling hills and the loving songs that her mother used to sing her is all that she remembers. She vaguely remembers her father before he enlisted into the Republic Military but what she does is a very gentle soul that always knew how to make her feel safe. Once her force sensitivity was discovered by Graddon Bayasto and promptly taken to Arkenia Praxeum.
Her new environment was quite strange to her as the rolling green hills of Chandrilla were replaced with the harsh and frigid climate of Arkania. She was a quiet child that often initially kept to herself. This shyness prevented her from making many friends initially and was bullied .However Aren Bec swiftly put an end to that and seemed to take her under her wing as she adjusted to life in the Order. Evie saw her as an older sister and often would be seen following her around. Evie started to come out of her shell becoming more confident and carefree. However Aren kept her grounded and encourage her to redirect this new found confidence into her training. With this support she would go on to diligently train as she hoped to catch her surrogate sister someday in ability. However such pleasantries don’t last forever as she passed her trials and was gone to continue her training. Things could have gone back to how they were but she persisted with her new found confidence becoming more tenacious in her training. Keeping to this rigor she eventually would pass her initiate trial 2 years later at the age 11 and become the Padwan of Graddon Bayasto.
Graddon was a no nonsense master and immediately began drilling Evie in the techniques required to thrive in this time of strife. She began to transition into learning Makashi to combat Dark Force wielders and often would drill with her master for hours on end. If they weren’t drilling they were meditating and working on the different force techniques that specialized in defense. Evie disliked the urgency in which her master trained her but understood this was a time of war. However her master would not take her on every mission and often would have her stay with the ship to train. She dutifully obeyed and would constantly train as this was needed to be able to eradicate the Sith. After 4 years of intense training he began to take her on more dangerous missions. It was around this time that he began to groom her to become a Shadow as her devotion to the order is absolute as well as her resolve to end the tyranny of the Sith. These often had to deal with searching for Sith artifacts as well as spying on potential Jedi suspected of being Sith agents. Such Missions caused her to withdraw in and begin to become suspicious of captured comrades. She put up a wall and became vigilant as “The darkness is all around us, often hiding in plain view.” However she would observe her master and worry as he often would constantly look for the Darkness, even when it seemed illogical to her. It was at this time that she began to reflect and wonder if it was right to have this attitude when one had no proof. It conflicted with her sense of hope and began to ponder if it was possible to guide them back to the light. Such thoughts would be pushed to the back of her mind as she was about to take her final Knight trial. As she prepared she began to observe her master more and more wondering if her fate was sealed to end up like him. She would keep in correspondence with Aren and this helped put her mind at ease as he was all he had. She had him but also had Aren and was actively going to make it a point to get along better with her peers, even if her first instinct is to see if they are potentially Sith agents.
She would pass her final Knight Trial at the age of 21 and would begin her work as Shadow further training with her former master in stealth and espionage. During this time she would start to collect information on potential Sith artifacts as well as potential Sith agents. It was early evening when the freighter made land fall, Evie could not help but worry that it may be too late. Well let’s do my best to get a speeder bike and try to make my way to the coordinates… I wonder if I may be doing more harm them good by going directly to the coordinates as there could be potential enemies keeping tabs on the situation. However… I can’t let that Padwan go it alone and getting to the area quickly is paramount. I hope that ditching the bike and then going the rest of the way by foot will be ideal as I can easily out maneuver non force users that may be keeping tabs on the area. she thought to herself as she exited the ship and made her way into city with acquiring some mild rations and speeder bike. She then took off for the general location of the cavern. A few hours had passed and she made sure to hide the speeder bike as soon as she arrived in the area. Maybe I’m just being paranoid but I’d rather be safe than sorry… Hopefully the bike will still be here but I have my doubts. she thought to herself as she made her way stealthily to the location. Well I do want to play the political game and was curious what the political ideologies are in the sense of not Democrat or Republican but rather Neo Liberal, Neo Conservative, Socialist, Libertarian, Anarcho Capitalist and ect. That was just one idea but the other one is a state/ city rep that is annoyed that the missing person problem isn't being taken seriously then decides to take the task into his own hands He also is a strong proponent of rent control as opposed to gentrification.
I'm very much interested in this. I'm curious what the politics of the guy running for governor because based on that I want to make a character that is politically aligned to another faction that is fed up with the corruption of the system and actively hunts the allies of the gentlemen running for governor.
Girard is a very quirky dog often following Alain wherever he goes. He is quite good at retrieving things and often will spin in a circle to let Alain know that he is hungry. It’s affectionately called the bones dance.

Alain is for the most part is very quirky, good natured young lad with a dorky smile and a loyal heart. Those that are close to him he treats warmly and is more than happy to do favors for. It does however take some time to get to this point with Alain as the more zealous purebloods have elicited ill feelings towards him based on his muggle parentage. This has caused him to be a bit more tenacious and appear to have a chip on his shoulder. He is quite upfront and blunt about how he feels and does not shy away from confrontation especially those that poke fun at his muggle parentage. He often seeks to outdo those that come from pureblood wizarding families that hold their pedigree over his head. Often employing his sharp wit to counter their uncouth comments.
He keeps a good majority of his interests from muggle world as opposed to adopting those of the wizarding world as it is still more familiar and welcoming then what he has experienced at Salem’s Institute. He is a bit indecisive if he wants to continue in this world or forego it completely for a life of normalcy in the muggle world. This is one of the biggest sources of conflict for him as he doesn’t really feel like he belongs in either world. He often keeps this to himself and puts up a very convincing front. He longs to be accepted by his peers and not be seen as an outsider.
His sense of humor however tends to be causes people to be drawn towards him. He often can make a joke about anything and often is good at getting out of awkward situations. The liveliness of his facial expressions are often on par with his witty banter. This allowed him to make quite a few friends and become moderately well known within his class.
In regards to romance Alain is rather aloof and doesn’t think anything of it. Although it would be nice to find a lass but it isn’t something he is actively seeking. He figures it will come to him when he least expects it. This has caused him to inadvertently flirt with members of the opposite sex and may have given them the wrong idea as he is just being himself. He goes to the beat of his own drum and romantic endeavors remain on the periphery for the most part. What the future holds he isn’t sure but is fairly optimistic that things will turn out for the best. This optimism has helped him persevere when things would often look bleak in this world that befell him.

Biography:
Alain comes from humble origins of two blue collar working class muggle parents in city of Montreal. His earlier years were spent lazing around in school until he was off so he could go play hockey with his friends. Often hoping to emulate his brother who was away at Michigan University as a forward. For the most part his life was relatively normal and completely unaware of the fact magic even existed. It came as quite a culture shock to him when he received his letter to Salem Witches Institute. This was an immediate culture shock for him as this world was completely foreign to him. His folks couldn’t offer helpful advice as they hadn’t a clue what this world entailed.
His first year was quite difficult as it was a significant learning experience for him and he began to experience the subtle bigotry that exists in the wizarding world. However he persevered and carved out his own niche in his class. Eventually he landed himself a spot on the Tituba quidditch team as beater in his second year. He excelled quite a bit in this role but wasn’t the cleanest player and took on the role of goon often directing the bludgers or his bat the direction in the opposing team’s players. This didn’t go to well with the other clubs but made him well liked on Titubas team as he protected his teammates no matter the consequences. This coupled with his comedic wit allowed him to make a few friends and become moderately well known within the class. Popularity was never his aim but rather to be accepted by his peers.
