Greetings and salutations all! I ask that you bare with me as that I tend to be rather prolific in my writing. Be brave!

Hopefully I'm in the right place, as that I'm in a quest for a collaborative writer/gamer who is mature and isn't shy of telling a rip-roaring good tale that may have some of a more mature, adult content to it

To sum up, I'm a long-in-the-tooth writer and gamer of a couple of decades (a female one, no less), but I find my creativity blossoms if I'm collaborating with someone. I have no doubt that it's a combination of having someone to entertain, as well as receive feedback and more incentive to write on, or game on. I've played table-top games since Advanced Dungeons & Dragons was the go-to game; I still have my books. Indeed, I also own D&D 3.5, as well as the core Pathfinder books, but I must say that though character sheets are well and good if one needs a statistic quickly, getting overly detailed gets burdensome. White Wolf's "World of Darkness," and their Storyteller system certainly aided me in the entertainment and story side of things with gaming. I attached myself to "Werewolf: The Apocalypse" for it's heroic style of games, but avoided "Vampire: The Masquerade" almost totally; I must apologize here, as I am not a fan of the vampire genre at all, and indeed avoid it at all costs. All told, I'm not a person driven by character sheets, though guidelines and limitations are nice.

So what do I like to write or game? Mature, adult fantasy, the type of stuff that might be seen in likes of "Heavy Metal" magazine, or early 1980's fantasy movies like "The Sword and The Sorcerer," and novels that bore Boris Vallejo cover art, and Larry Elmore's. I'd add that Luis Royo's art in there as well, though he's a latecomer compared to Vallejo. Martin McKenna adds inspiration as well, excellent with character's faces. Yes, I like my dark, semi-historical medieval settings, but go for the murderous renaissance, and will hop to with enthusiasm towards a voluptuous Rome rife with murder, intrigue, mysterious cults, minotaurs, gods, sacrifices, and other lovely mythical stuff, including the occasional orgy... of two even.

Yes, I can do "smut," and with a plot no less, though I prefer collaborating with someone who enjoys writing as much as I. Much as with any tale one-liners kind of die because interest is lost, although one-liners are understandable if there is a dialogue going on.

I hope I haven't bored anyone to tears, or run them off. Honestly. I'm really not that scary of a lady, I think.

Did I come to the right place?
