Myriad Reality

@Fractured Not every matter that lacks light, but every place that lacks light particles. Doesn't all mater radiate electromagnetic radiation? And you have CMB, remnant of the first light. Light is everywhere, but so is dark energy you might say. True, the "Darkness" I am talking about is made of dark energy but it also lacks light. CMB is all over the observable universe and even beyond it as the light hasn't reached us yet and we assume that the other side follows the same matter and energy distribution. SO light is, everywhere. But the dark energy I'm typing about comes from outside the formed universe and it is all that exists outside of the ever expanding universe. In fact it is the main force that fuels this expansion. So let alone being "wide", "Darkness" is infinite. But this "will" that has manifested is the dark energy that infests the observable universe and is everywhere.

This sentient part of dark energy was formed when it entered the observable universe from "outside" and this "will" traveled through the already present channels of dark energy that make 60-80% of the observable universe. But this was different. It defied the laws of physics and held its former form, not merging with light as it only absorbed it whenever it went. This will be a story of how this "will of darkness" managed to stop absorbing and finally accept light alongside it.

@Fractured Not everything is made out of light or radiates energy. And in the same note not everything without light particles and without substance in it is unable to have anything else compromising it. I called it "Darkness" for a reason. It represent anything that doesn't have light particles in and doesn't radiate. If I wanted something completely without substance or energy I'd call it "Void". That's why I brought in the "Dark Energy" into the mix to explain what "Darkness" is actually made off and the origin of it's powers.

GAME: Crush A Wish

@CollectorOfMyst Granted. But in the previous Arch that I'm doing here(where I'm ruler of hell and heaven and am aiming to conquer all universes), in the other universe, Myillness is the ultimate weapon that grants control of the existence of everything in that universe. Thank you for helping me accomplish my long due goal of conquering that annoying universe.

I wish that I started anew, as a sentient species of another reality, leaving all these heaven and hell and conquering stuff like they never existed.

Devil's Advocates (Saving the world...by burning it down!)

@Windstormugly Thing about cliche is, it may be overused and unoriginal to you cause you have seen many other characters like that but to the person building that character, a person who doesn't watch anime or RP in general, it may be entirely new to him.

Also, I like to build my characters around my powers. Can I have that Obito Uchiha power that makes him intangible while using his Kamui? SO basically he teleports his body to another dimension and nothing in this world can affect him. So my dimension would be the Shadow Plane. His sheer willpower keeps the creatures on that plane from taking his soul and although he can't see them he can sense them and feel their gaze pierce through him from every angle. His emotionless attitude keeps him hidden from the bigger part of the resident devourers of that realm but there are a few who have marked him and keep on following him everywhere, waiting for an opportunity when he ultimately slips. The longer he stays there the harder it is to keep them away.

He can also open the portal and drag someone through to that dimension and leave them there. Besides the creatures that are there, the plane itself is gradually transforming him. The more time he spends there the more his soul corrupts giving him additional powers from that plane but the time he can spend there with his will shield on gets dramatically reduced as, like I mentioned above, his soul loses it's initial form and so does the will power. He can recover but veeeeeery slowly.

When he comes out of the plane he leaks a shadow essence for some time, a mark that the plane has left on him. He can open small portals with his finger effectively writing with shadows and doing other creative things.

A Familiar Tavern

It was the first time the creature visited the tavern. The location and how to reach it was shared by another interplanar soulless traveler, not much talking to do with food(every creature or being with a soul) so the only communication he got was with other beings like him. Well, not completely like him, if he ever saw another soul devourer enter his plane, it would be destroyed instantly. No competition was allowed in his hunting turf.

The moving mass of swirling black shadows, as seen in the eyes of 3d creatures but in "reality", in his own dimension, his true form could not be perceived by lower dimension beings. As the shadow approached the tavern, it slowly began to transform into a hulking black man with a black suit and black glasses. He liked to use this persona whenever he felt like roaming earth. He was part of some organization that hunted creatures like him, beings not of planet earth and he put up a fight. From a mere hundredth of a second that it took him to obliterate his target, this guy took 3/4 of a second. He was trained very well, his soul was strong and shared a deep bond with his mortal body, and it was a memorable snack.

Entering in, he saw around, different creatures scattered about. He saw them as nothing, he didn't even hunt stray beings for souls anymore. He had left his "calling card" in every civilized planet all across this current plane and he got millions of callings every second. Time was nothing for this being of a higher dimension. So why chase and hunt while you have millions of creatures willingly giving you their soul? Going to the counter he saw a little goblin creature with 2 horns. Puny. The goblin race of planet Rashyav had red hellbent goblins 2 times his size, longer and thicker horns than his body and were considered the most terrifying in their sector of the galaxy.

"Do you serve souls?"- The entity pronounced the words awkwardly as they twisted this unknown organ called tongue. The accent was close to a demonic whisper and spine chilling. "Ahem"- he got used to the body's voice in a mere moment and adopted the original owner's accent. Next time he would speak, a deep clear smooth voice would come out.
