Exactly. You should reply with "I'm very interested, let's move this over to skype ;)" Anything less and it shows you're not fully committed.

I've read too many Isekai game-like novels. So I'm always spamming crappy jokes with the hope that with time my Humor Skill will level up and I'll start spitting good ones.

Bio

The only thing I'm "sad" about is that the way my life is going, it's going to be a hellride with a disappointing and unfulfilling end. My road is set ahead of me and I feel powerless to achieve what I desire or even have peace of mind. Time is taken from me whilst my by the day depleting will for change and something better is draining away with it.-Someone actually wrote that.

Race- Dragonborn
A long dead and erased from history race that was said to have died along with the last dragon. These bloodline of warriors existed for one purpose only, to kill dragons. Their ancestors were said to have slain dragons which in turn gave them the traits and some of the abilities of a dragon. Each and every one of them got enhanced physical abilities.
x bloodlines existed in total.
Undead Dragonborn - Said to have killed the Skeletal Dragons which were practically immortal in a sense. No matter how many times they were struck down they always rebuilt themselves and got back up. This bloodline turns the dragonborn into an undead creature with time. The flesh of his body starts to decay as days go by, in the end leaving only a rotten walking corpse without a soul and no emotion. They have the power to absorb the vitality of others to prolong their decaying and cannot be killed by normal means. In the end they have become fully fledged abominations gaining a whole new set of skills.

So, how about this race? I'll be going Undead Dragonborn. Left the other slots open since I don't care for ones I won't use.

@Holy Soldier How is this...about you? I just saw someone write something wrong and untrue and I tried to reason with him. I seriously don't care what anyone does with their characters. It was a debate about MMOs in general.

BIOGRAPHY
He grew up on the northern monastery of the Golden Claws. It is a post apocalyptic human settlement which guards the human occupied lands of the south from northern demonic invasions. For years, since the demons stopped their invasion, there was quiet. All they had to take care of was the occasional demon which tried to pass the border or attempted to pass as a civilian. So you can't really blame them for being unprepared and overwhelmed when a sudden demon attack obliterated the whole monastery. Everyone was killed. Young and old, master and student, no one was spared from the slaughter. They could easily defend against battalions of demon foot soldiers but the thing that attacked them, that monstrosity was never seen before and the fact that it sprung up from the ground, like it was buried there for centuries and had just awoken didn't make the defending any easier.

Numenor was the only one to survive. Now his mission is to travel south, informing any and every settlement along the way of what is to come. They have to know, they have to prepare for the hell fire that is to come...

@vancexentan Ok ok, no need to lose temper. Not going against you but more like defending my own opinion. And just to say, power leveling exists in any game though you won't have currency for good items or materials levels are easily gained.

I agree with your last statement I just didn't agree with your previous ones where you said it wasn't logical for a lot of people to have all level 100 characters in a 9 year old game.

Either way, a possible route to go for this is for everyone to form factions, inside battles lead to the just-formed-group breaking down and now we fight each other.

@IceHeart Is -500 the max you can go in evil alignment points? I remember momonga sparing those children, helping different people etc. Although he claims it is to further his own goals, I think he had a soft spot and let them live out of kindness. I mean, I expected some super evil guy to kill innocent and the like without a second thought.
City

The man kept running through the alleys, changing route spontaneously in hopes of losing his tail. But that damn sound wasn't getting any further away, the sound of a blade carving through the stone of the buildings as the thing slowly walked towards him. The spine chilling sound of hook carving on wall send an echo through the alley streets, an echo that was as haunting as the fact that the running person was literally haunted. Out of confusion the man reached a dead end with no escape in sight. And there he appeared, a coated figure in a hat with a silver hook in one hand, flipping a coin on the other. Pocketing the coin he approached the cornered man. THe temperature in the area dropped and a fog of breath could be seen coming from the man. The man suddenly howled and started transforming into a...werewolf.

Then the werewolf jumped to the side of the building, it's claws digging on the walls and climbed up to the roof only to find the ghost waiting for him there. Enraged now, the werewolf jumped at the ghost only for his attacks to pass through. He tried and he tried but in vain but in the last attack the ghost caught the werewolf's claw in one hand a ran his hook through his skull. A few whimpers later the werewolf passed on, his soul forced to leave this plane, preventing it to return here again.
@vancexentan Well the thing is your wrong about that. Doesn't seem like you play a lot of MMOs though. Level doesn't really matter all that much. What matters are the items/consumables and equipment let alone skill. Ainz's guild had the most world breaker items, items so strong that they changed the world's balance.
The guild itself is famous for its possession of eleven world class items, the most out of any guild in YGGDRASIL, and its creation of the Great Tomb of Nazarick, the most difficult dungeon which no one could conquer.

Furthermore, you have no idea how this game was really played. By the looks of it, to invade it you had to pass a dungeon, not neccessarily fighting the guild members themselves but rather their dungeon traps and machinations. They could have spend a substantial amount of money building their dungeon to be the strongest. Look at their NPCs. Without a world breaker item even a level 100 would have difficulty fighting them.

The guild came into possession of the Great Tomb of Nazarick, an underground guild base that consisted of six floors. Ainz Ooal Gown then came to the decision that they would make this the most evil lair possible. The guild at it's peak had 41 members and they poured their hearts and souls into making Nazarick, upgrading the place to consist of ten levels and filling it with hundreds of personally created NPCs to guard it. Moreover, they had placed all sorts of monsters in their guild base in order to eliminate invading players. Eventually, they were attacked by one of the largest gatherings in the game. A host of 1500 players and mercenary NPCs attacked them, but were finally defeated on the 8th floor.

Please read carefully before you post. There were 1500 players and NPC mercenaries. You don't know the players/NPC ratio so you can't say for sure.

And as I mentioned before, they build the best dungeon, poured their time and earnings to upgrading it to the fullest.

This isn't a flat out 41 vs 1500 battle. The 1500 people entered the dungeon where most of them were NPCs for all you know. And not necessarily everyone was level 100 per say but that doesn't mean that not a lot of people were that level. It just means that a few level 89/99 etc joined in the fight like newbies gathering for fun. This, ignoring the fact that even NPCs might've not been full level 100 when you don't even know the player/NPC ratio.

In every single MMO you can reach max level in a few days if not a week tops. This game had been out for years, it's illogical to say that there weren't a lot of max level players. And the fact that it was closing means that almost no new players joined it and this leads to the fact that most of the remaining population is high/max level only focusing on raids and dungeons.
I don't know what the issue is for reaching max level... especially when the game started years ago. Hell, in every game you can reach max level in a few days with speed leveling. You can find a shit ton of guides online for every mmo for that.
You could also buy a max level character that in every game costs for about 60-100$ tops fully equipped.
Let alone the VIP subscription which gives you XP and loot drop boost.
If no one minds, if I join this I'll have a special mount 1 existing on the whole game which drops on the lottery section of the game. You could say I spent thousands of dollars pulling the lever and buying the capsules :P
@ChickenTeriyaki Well thing is, a demon is also a tainted spirit or that's how I officially now of it so it's probably on the same level as a ghost or even more powerful fueled by hell but has more weakness to holy powers.

Teleportation is just a means of fast travel. Where is the fun in spamming it? It would make every other ability useless.

All these races aside, you have magic. If you want to even the scales, using magic you could easily damage ghosts, trap them or whatever with runes. There are many incantations, spells that could trap a ghost, force it to pass on, weaken it and all that. Salt for example weakens them and they don't have infinite power themselves so they need rest after using enough energy and during that rest they can't manifest into the physical plane and their powers in general weaken.

And you can't really balance all the supernatural races. Some are superior to others or you can just add powers to them to make them equal if you want.
1v1 a ghost vs some creature on the physical plane with no means of harming the spirit, the ghost would win every time.
oh wait, did you guys kill the captain of the merchant ship? Just assume I used the coms to inform you that his eye opens the safe or something.

@The Jest If we manage to open the safe, do you decide the treasure item or should I just make something OP up?
God, I can't wait to see how Arya Stark will kill everyone in her way, the war in the North and although I know how it ultimately ends I'm team WW. And the best of all? The confrontation of Jamie Lannister With Cersei. Really wanna see that interaction.
