@Ruby I think my character would have a lot of interactions with other hostile and passive types. And the fact that being near him cuts Alpha off her omniscience and may make her adapt a more closed down to earth human look on things.

Summary - Nile is an intelligent child that lacks common emotions. So far he has shown no signs of violence and there are no indicators that point to him turning violent and unstable in the future. He is extremely cooperative with the staff and his curiosity has shown promise on the field of science. The only human thing about him right now is the curiosity.

∟ ABILITIES:
Null Aura - He inherently emits a passive aura around him which completely nullifies the abilities of other children, physical or not, and levels them with humans in terms of power. Any physical objects or other phenomena that are set in motion by such abilities lose their power/energy/effect and return to their original state. This same ability works on Hydras but to a lesser extent on their mutations. He can disable his aura at will though it doesn't strain him to keep it activated.
Zero - Nile can focus on a target that is located outside of his Null Aura and apply the same effects that his aura has on that target. As a result his aura's size that spawns around his body with him as the center point is reduced.
Void Zone - Nile can increase the size of his aura exponentially for a limited period of time, effectively stopping any living being from using their powers or muscles, freezing them in place. This can be kept active but for a few seconds less he has a brain attack.

∟ WEAKNESSES:
The stronger the physical capabilities of the target of Nile's abilities the less effective is his power's physical nullification on them.

Hey! Would it be okay if my character's powers were Nullification of other powers and mutations? Basically he cannot be influenced by any non physical powers, he can focus on someone or a group to nullify their powers and he can also focus to hinder their physical capabilities and different mutations. The last one requires more concentration and even though he can try to hinder the march of a Colossi, the effects will be barely noticeable and he would most likely faint or die within seconds out of overexertion.

Edit: It might be a good idea since then they can release the other more dangerous patients while having higher assurance of them staying in line.

Also could he be patient 0? Not part of the 128 but an extra, a 0.

Though depending on her reaction he will be to stunned to actually reach for her throat with the second try.

They sometimes stopped in the middle only to read a few lines before beginning the search anew. *This wasn't going anywhere*-was their thought just as they remembered the summary located on the last page. Going to the last page they followed all the dots and lines connecting the writings, a super weird categorization system, until they found what they were looking for.

Still unfamiliar to other worldly customs they didn't know what the author meant by "repercussions". What could be the harm? Extending their hand they made contact with, what they assumed was, the communicating organ. For him it was the giant mound of flesh on her chest. Soft and tender, how could this thing allow them to communicate. After the response from the receptionist they connected the dots. The mouth was moving when they communicated along with the throat which trembled a little, assuming it was the origin of the sound. Now fixing their aim they went to grab the throat.
