Ikari almost flinched at the sight of the home screen of Misaki's phone. It was just a moment, since it changed where he could enter his phone number, but he saw it all the same. A picture of him as a kid along with Misaki. He pushed that weird feeling almost inmediately, and entered his phone number. When the blond finished, his free hand grabbed the glass of water and gulped it down like he hadn't drink water in days. Eating sweets does make you thirsty. A moment later, he held out his black smartphone to her so she could do the same. Ikari didn't want her to see anything more, so it already was on the "add contact" thing.

"If it is okay with you, I don't mind going. It's a dangerous area, though. With the years more shady people started going there, so you going alone isn't very intelligent" He informed the girl while waiting for her to type her number. When Ikari was 12 he had already moved from there, and another person may be living there. The blue eyed teenager was a little scared of going, actually, since there were a lot of people who could bring problems to them. He could take care of himself, but with his chilhood friend who didn't know how to fight, it was a little risky to go. "But almost everything you do isn't very intelligent, so it's obvious" He teased yet again, clearly enjoying her suffering.

As he waited for her to do what she had to do, a certain memory came to Ikari's mind, making him freak out a little. "Ah, just a piece of advice, now that I remember. Since you're not suspended like me, you're going to school tomorrow, right? Well, while you are there, try to avoid the student council president. You'll recognize that bitch. She has weird white hair, and a red armband" Ikari said with a serious face, his voice going from normal to exasperated and almost fearful in a moment. "Since the teachers got to us first, we didn't have to meet her, but do what I say. Just avoid her. She doesn't like me at all, and the moment she knows you're involved with me, you're royally fucked. There was this one time when she kicked my ass when I called her 'hag', and I'm pretty sure you're not that strong" Ikari continued while gulping down the water again, this time a little bit more forceful, sweat running down his cheek. "Just...don't talk with her. She isn't worth it" He finished, locking his eyes with Misaki's.
The blond looked at her with a blank expression. "What? Do I have to know you just to save you? Ikari questioned her, finally eating the cake. "I did what I thought it was right. Besides, I don't like Kabuki...err, you know, the asshole who hit you" He continued . "And let's say that the candy was delicious, too. It was a nice extra" The blond added with a grin while devouring the cake at an alarming speed. His stomach demanded more of it. The strawberries added a certain acid flavor, which made the cake taste even better. It's a miracle that he didn't get fat that easily. The amount of sweets he could eat was a bit unnerving. His mom had always said that one day that would make him develop diabetes, but his body always took it fine.

He looked at her again after pushing the thought of sweets. "In short, I don't know you, but I didn't want to leave you there. As simple as that" Ikari stated, hopefully fooling Misaki into thinking that he was indeed telling the truth. He didn't want to talk about this anymore, so he rapidly formed another question. The blue eyed teenager silently ate the cake, until another topic made its way onto his mind. "Wanna exchange cell numbers? That way it will be easier to know if you're being abducted again" The blond teased Misaki again while pulling out a black smarthphone that was a little outdated, given the date.
"Sure, adorable..." Ikari replied half-heartedly as he grabbed one of the spoons. There was an incredible amount of sweets that he liked to try. His favorite was the cake, so he instead started eating the waffles. Better leave the best sweet for the end. Moving on other matters, it appeared that Misaki still didn't know the truth. That was...just fine. The problem is that she wanted him to help her to "find" Ikari. He would refuse, but that would only make him even more suspicious, so the only option left would be...

"Okay, I will help you find that 'Ri-chan' " He agreed to help his chilhood friend while taking a bite from the waffle. He knew she was going to find out sooner or later, but Ikari doesn't want to get all gloomy for it. He's a new person, he changed. The blond still held some anger against Misaki for the fact that she left, but he wasn't going to be like that forever. Sometimes one just needs to enjoy the now, and that's what he was going to do. "Tough I feel sorry for him, to have such a dumb girl as a chilhood friend." He teased with a smirk, taking a large bite of the waffle again. "I'm sure he'll remember you the instant you both meet again." He assured with a warm smile. A real one. Even when the circumstances are like they are, Ikari isn't a traitor, or someone who wishes the worst for other people. He's just a lovable, violent idiot. 'Yeah...this is just a little game. A game we both will laugh about in the future...' If he thought that they were just strangers that were starting to be friends, then maybe...maybe that will be something better than to just ignore her.
Ikari couldn't help but to grin at the little interaction between the waitress and Misaki. She seemed scared like a little puppy, which only made it even funnier. Serves her right. With all the problems he had on the first day of school, a little joke as a stress reliever was a very good thing for the blond. 'Though I think I went a little too far with...her face is basically pink right now' He thought while pitying Misaki for the thing he just pulled. Maybe something to appease her would do. "Sorry for that. Tell you what, when we get out of here I'll buy you anything you want. A drink, or an icecream, or whatever." Ikari offered while looking away a little.

"So, I have to ask you something..." He said while his eyes landed on Misaki again. "Why I was the first student you talked with? You know, it was pretty obvious I wasn't the most sociable, and there were a lot of students you could interact with a lot better than me" Ikari stated, remembering how he was the very first person Misaki tried to connect instead of other more amicable teenagers. "Have we met before?" The blond lied, trying to get the answers he wanted without revealing that he was the real Ikari.

The boss was a enigmatic person, that was for sure. To this day Gwyneth couldn't really tell what was happening through the man's mind. She was snapped out of her thoughts at the calling of her pink-haired friend, who suggested the idea of a little sparring match before the actual mission.
"While I would want to train with you Kylie, stamina is something I can't spare so easily. I'll just to prepare myself mentally until tonight's mission" Gwyneth simply said, her plate already empty. She really wanted to do some preliminary training, but the thought of collapsing in the middle of the mission due to dehydratation was a big no-no for the blonde. She lifted herself up of her chair, and without uttering a word, walked out of the kitchen. In some minutes she reached her room, and alongside her bed was a black sword with golden accesories. She grabbed, and a faint orange light emanated out of the blade. "This time...I won't fail. I promise, father." And with that, Gwyneth picked up a book which was one of her favorite stories, and went to the living room of the Headquarters to entertain herself until she was needed.
@Agent 47 Well, I think you liked it. Should I post it as a character, or wait? Do you think something's off?
The compliments seemed to work fair well. She tried to pull out her hand, but he didn't let her. Ikari had to restrain himself to not laugh his ass off right there and then. Her face was super red, and her hand was hot. 'You're not so strong now, eh?' This was actually working! But now, it was time for the finishing touch. He hoped she didn't hit him.

The blond used his thumb to draw circles in the girl's palm, trying to embarass her even more. He was sure that a lot of people in the cafe were giving them "the look". Ikari was getting nervous on his own right, but he tried to maintain the composture. With his other hand, he grabbed a piece of the girl's air, running some fingers on it. It was surprisingly smooth. "You know, I'm actually a sweet addict. But what I'm seeing right now is driving me into obsession" The blond complimented her again while pulling off another warm smile. If he was honest, his face was really hurting right now. Ikari was accustomed to scowls, not smiles!

'Time to wrap this up...' When he finally thought that the poor girl had enough torture, Ikari simply pulled away from her, looking at her with a calm face. "Nah, it's a joke. I just want the cake and the waffles you offered." He simply said while looking at his nails, acting like he didn't said all of those things. The blond was cackling madly in his mind, but if he acted calm, maybe a punch wouldn't be an outcome...?

@Agent 47Here's my Jaeger!

Originally it was going to be a guy, but I changed to a girl. Also, her story is lacking details on purpose. It's simple, but it feels empty, eh?
For some unkown reason, Ikari got pissed all of a sudden. Maybe it had to do something with how Misaki laughed her ass off just a moment by practically nothing. He didn't know what was happening through the head of this girl, and he didn't want to know. Misaki was the very definition of random, and the things she's capable of doing can drive mad even a buddhist monk. A thought struck him down, and a grin so mischievous that practically begged for someone to punch him adorned his face. This girl bothered him long enough. Time for vengeance...

"You know...now that I think about it, it's not neccesary that you select something for me..." He said in a fake serious tone, his features relaxing in a way that made him look like a total different person. Ikari pushed the menu aside, and rested his hand atop the girl's, locking his eyes with hers. "...Because there's something even sweeter before me right now, and I can't wait to. Eat. It." He trailed off in the last words while giving her the best warm smile he could pull off, making sure that the message was fully drilled in her head. If she was the girl he thought she was, something like this would make her head explode. Figuratively, though he didn't mind if she really exploded. 'Since you entered my classroom I had to put up with you and your crap, let's see how you handle this. Hehehe...' As he finished his last line, he interlaced his fingers with the ones of Misaki's hand, slowly caresing them.

"And don't worry, I will pay everything. What I want to eat is worth every cent and more" The blond added, trying to come with more and more pick-up lines that he learned while playing a variety of games. He was making a fool out of himself, better be worth it...
