@CloudyBlueDay You're right, everyone else is on the next day anyway.
Everyone was saying farewells and walking out the door, and Graffiti chose to make the dynamic exit. She has a disctinct style. But that was kinda expected from someone whose name comes from street art. Huh, she can fly, Neat. And I was just about to offer her a lift. But...Ghost Mobile? Ecto looked at Ditch.
"She does know I'm not actually dead, right...?"

Although it wasn't really clear, what Eric called Spectral Form was actually some kind of air elemental with healing powers, but it was easier to say they were ghost powers and call himself Ecto - short for Ectoplasm - rather than Aero or something.
He waved goodbye to the others and flew out the window that Graffiti used.

The air was cool and there was a slight breeze in the night. He looked around, noticed Omega walking in the direction of the river and a small shape in the sky, rapidly moving away from the warehouse. That had to be her, so he darted that way. As he started to close in, he felt a weird, tingling sensation and as he tried to dodge a tall building, his sight blurred and hit the building to the next at alarming speed. That probalby could have shattered his skull in a corporeal form. What the hell was that...? He was levitating next to the office building he just hit, and saw that as the tingling left him, the cars below seemed to speed up. Confused, he shrugged and continued to chase after Graffiti. As he got back to track, he started to feel the same strange feeling as before. He looked down and everything was slower, except the buildings, they were coming at him MUCH faster. Wait a minute, I can't fly this fast. What the hell is going on? He slowed his pace to avoid hitting anything. Making sense of this had to come later, as he noticed the vigilante on one of the houses, next to an alleyway.

"...How's your hand to hand skills? or do you prefer the stealthy approach?" Ecto smiled.

"Do you like scare tactics?" Eric was experimenting with altering his form lately, but he wasn't going to try in out in the field yet, especially not now. There were other ways to making people afraid.

"I'm thinking about sneaking down there. I would disable their car from the inside, so they could not use that. Then turn off the lights from the nearest street lamp. That would get them spooked. Then the garbage container to block their way from the other side. Finally, set off the car alarm and hold one of them down. That would probably be enought form them to crap their pants. Once they are paranoid enough, you could come down and ambush them. I bet they won't put up much of a fight, AND you can still get to say the cool shit you wanted. "
Eric was just about to head out as the other vigilantes started to disperse. He had a slice of pizza in mind, with watching the late night news and probably falling asleep on the couch. Though there would be some work he needed to take care of the next day.
I guess I should buy a training dummy to brush up my hand-to hand skills, and to work on my endurance. Also, I'm kinda low on cash, and the rent is due... Maybe I could ask around if someone needs my services. perhaps Miss Lorell or the Glasnost Company DID DITCH JUST HAND OVER A SHIT TON OF MONEY TO TURN BACK?
Don't look at them Eric, that would be awkward, look at the monitor and try to seem deep in thought. But I AM. AARGH! Concentrate!

"...join me for some crime fighting? I know where some petty criminals are hanging out, and well I suppose I want to get used to working with other people. You in?"

Wait, was Graffity talking to me the whole time? I totally zoned out...

"Huh?" Then trying not to seem like an idiot, he said: "Yeah, sure, I'm ready. What do you have in mind?"

He was wondering if this was like a date for vigilantes, or just some team-building, but he had to admit, Graffiti amused him. At first he was vary because her powers are air-related, and that is one of Ecto's weak points, but she was kinda both cool and sincere. Plus, the way she stood against the possibility of being zapped in the face was badass. Teaming up is a good idea, they could learn a lot from this. Maybe this is the start of a dynamic duo? Eric was getting excited.
Holy crap Wraith is a psychopath.
Eric remembered Wall Walker, he saw him on the news during a chase. There was a lot of collateral damage. Not because of the robbery itself, but because of goddamn Captain Powerhouse, a self-entitled superhero who Eric used to know as Damien Reed, his childhood friend. He was now a smug asshole who worked for the corrupt leaders of Millenium City, who in turn praised his "heroics".

But seriously. The Goldrose Bank just happened to get destroyed while the Wall Walker was being chased by Captain Powerhouse? Everyone knows that the owners of that bank opposed the secularization of the stocks market by the Mayor's Office. On top of that, Wall Walker was already out of the bank. And what appeared in the news? Captain Powerhouse, hailed as the savior of the city, while one of the few companies that opposed the City Council's greedy centralization was basically forced out business. Everyone was cheering, the good ol' Captain was smiling for the cameras, and Wall Walker was never even caught. What a load of bullshit.

Ecto clenched his fist. Coincidentally, Graffiti raised her hand for a fist bump. She offered to go after Wall Walker, teaming up with Raven Tale, Tank, and Ecto.
Tank proposed to go after Scarlet Shifter instead. What he said DID make sense, if this was a mission that required subtlety, than this was DEFINITELY not one of his's strong points. Poor Stage.

Ecto concentrated on his right hand. After a second, it materialized as his naked arm, in the flesh. He raised his head to Tank: "Never keep a lady hanging." Then turned to Graffiti and gave her a fist bump. "I got your back."
Ecto answered Graffiti with a wide grin.

Ooh she's witty, I like her. - he thought to himself.

And yeah, she would probably take down this whole building, with everyone in it. The pressure alone would turn most of the supers into mush or just plain vaporize them (as in the case of Ecto), and the acidic gases would take care of the rest.

Levi seems to have some serious issues, it's probably better not to push him. Eric would have no backup against those lightning arcs, they would probably hurt like hell. Too bad, he was already coming up with some nicknames for Levi: Angst Lightning, Broodstorm, Edgy McThunder... Maybe a bad idea.

He was thinking about how certain supers here could totally obliterate him if it came to a fight. Elemental and mystical supers could probably make him swallow his teeth, but physical supers, like Tank, might not be able to touch him at all. Although... Wait, this is stupid. He suddenly realized he was being an idiot, and they should be focusing on working together, not holding a pissing match. He crossed his arms and waited for Ditch to lay out the plan.
Don't worry about Levi, Batman gets the same criticism in the Justice League. :)
Things will eventually smoothen out, I suppose, don't worry.
Surely, there are enough nice people to calm down the edgy ones. :)
Ecto chuckled at Graffiti's remark. a green-bluish smoke rose from his mouth.

"None taken." - he said with a smile. He turned to Ditch.

"And she's right, you know. This is all well and good, but I for one - and I don't want to sound stupid - have no idea what we are up against. What does this guy do? What powers does he have?" He thought for a minute, glancing at the considerable number of ladies in the room. "Or she, right. Sorry."

The funny part about Turn Back taking off his bandana is that Eric still had no idea who he was supposed to be in the mundane world. No one cares who you are most of the time, so the big reveal has no effect. This is why Eric didn't bother with a costume. That, and the fact that clothes slipped off him once he shifted to spectral form. Yeah, maybe the second reason is the stronger one. Still, no one remembers an ordinary face with an ordinary life.

That was not the case with the girl who Ditch called "Rosie". It was Melrose Faye, daughter of the goddamn Godfather herself! That was a suprise. That would have resulted an awkward family talk, if Richard Faye wasn't gunned down by the police in a fight. It was all over the news. "Millenium City Kingpin pinned down" he remembered reading the headlines. A serious amount wealth came through those doors, and Eric couldn't even afford the dry cleaners. She was talking about renovating this dump, and someone called Tim. I wonder who that is. Her boyfriend?
All this talk of fridges made him hungry.
Wait, Ditch is a girl...? Nice. - Ecto murmured to himself - I mean, not that there's anything wrong with it... Just didn't imagine the infamous skeletal hacker with the coarse voice to be so... pleasant.

He only realized who the guy with the slick black hair was when he flashed something with purple energy and dropped it, hitting the floor like a car. That must be Turn Back. He knew because he remembered thinking that was the coolest nickname he ever heard. Ecto also liked what he said. If this indeed was what Turn Back suspected, that would be exciting. He always thought about teaming up with other vigilanes, but never knew how to make connections. They were, most of the time, elusive people, after all. He did see some of them in action, but by the time he would have gotten there, they were long gone. And it's not like they have their contact information in the phone book or anything. Or a fan page where they could be reached. That's actually not a bad idea...

Though it COULD be difficult to form a team of lone wolves. The guy in the gas mask seemed a bit emotionally unstable, too, he needs to relax. And Ecto DEFINITELY did not want to get on the bad side of Graffiti. Her air pressure powers could mess up his specral form big time. He also wondered if Omega's gravity manipulation would affect Ecto' ability to fly. Better not try it out.

He turned to the girl with the raven mask and whispered: "This is so cool..."
