At this moment, it's simply an abandoned auditorium/theater, that Rose is working to renovate. So, right now, no.

EDIT: How long is downtime going to last in physical, OOC days by the way? Some of us hit it off easily to fill down time, especially with collabs, but others are still finding their places.
