.......Y'all ever been on a multi-country vacation before? It's not a race. GM is probably savoring and appreciating each location as they travel through, spending more than a few measly hours to tour. I spent an entire week in Vegas, one town, and still didn't have time to experience it all.
That being said, it was kind of a d*** move to post an int. check knowing full well one is going on an extended vacation without warning anyone on here (meaning not thru Discord). But maybe GM was just super excited about his RP idea.
Edit: wait, did GM specifically say he was on vacation? Maybe GM is moving or visiting a sick/deceased loved one
Alrighty nerds, I'm going to get right into it and scare as many of you away as I can. I'm most comfortable with MxM for mature themes, but can do any pairing if there's no romance or we fade-to-black. Don't ask, because I dont know why either. I can play seme/top, uke/bottom, or switch. I'm genderqueer so idfc what your character identifies as. Femboy, trans, cis. Doesn't make a difference. I'm 24 and a military veteran, so I cuss and I like M+ themes (but not without plot). I don't typically fade-to-black because I'm a dirty deviate, but we can if you insist. I don't have any triggers, but if you do I will respect that boundary.
I am a casual RPer. I've been improving lately and can do a little more in depth, almost high-casual, so I'm excited about that. But I'll go off your posts more than likely. I'll try to at least stay active in the OoC chat to let you know I'm not dead, because I do have a crazy life as a military spouse, and I do have depression. Every now and then I'll have to take a few days off to collect myself.
None of these are requirements, but I like adventure, action, angst, slice of life, apocalyptic, fantasy.. really anything except sci-fi. I was raised a fantasy child; my mother never even exposed me to Star Wars, so sci-fi is super unfamiliar terrain.
I think that's it for all that. I suck at these. Below are my ideas for those still interested, and all are open to interpretation. Such as the merman idea, it can be medeival or modern, and it can be a merman that turns human on land or a merman that can't leave the water. Whatever. That's the beauty of Roleplay, yo. I'm not attached to any of the roles, so you can choose the pairing and who takes which role. I just want to RP. Also, feel free to mix up my pairings. Hell, if you want to do merman/vampire we could make it work. That.. would actually be kind of cool. MOVING ON.

@TiredKhajiit Are you aware that the Characters tab is typically reserved for only Character Sheets, not for discussion ABOUT character sheets? It's much more tidy if you post only character sheets there, because now if I wanted to reference your CS or DrGerbils, I'd have to sort thru all the BS about changing the weapons and blah blah blah. Ever. Single. Time. It's just a minor inconvenience, it's not a huge deal, but it'll just make things a touch neater.
Also, next time you might want to let people on the Interest Check know that you have the OOC up, I had forgotten about this RP because you said that you were going to make an OOC but then didn't post the link. If my husband hadn't mentioned it, I wouldn't have thought to go to your profile and find the OOC from there. Just a tip to help you make sure that everyone who mentions interest in the IntCh gets notified so they can join in the fun. Also, you should post the OOC link on the first post in the IntCh

Dude, firstly, you don't know how it would actually go down. It's a fictional disease/disaster. Being in a city when shit hits the fan doesn't necessarily mean you'll die. Secondly, if you are already in a city when it happens, it would be harder to get out because of everything going on, road blockages and zombies everywhere, so it's actually extremely realistic to have people stuck and holed up in a city. Third off, It also depends on what type of zombie you're dealing with, which would depend heavily on how the virus is spread, or if it's even a virus. AND LASTLY, make your own damn RP if you have so many complaints about this one. There is a vast difference between criticism and bitching, and your post falls under the latter category.
