Well built and lean thanks to his high metabolism featuring a tattoo of an "Anarchy" symbol on his left arm. If you look closely you can see what looks like steam constantly coming off his skin thanks to Rin-aziel. Youll often see him with a cigarette in his mouth to hide this trait. His natural bodyheat is also abnormally high (about 110°f) and you can start to see gray strands of hair on his head. "Rin-aziel" - She can pretty much take any form she wants. Her very essence resembles that of a plume of smoke. Her physical manifestation of a body is usually that of a female figure. Pulling whatever pictures of women Rome has in his head or on those magazines he reads occasionally. She has no physical surface tension and very cool to the touch. Often making jokes at the absolutely worst time and slacking off whenever he gets the chance, but deep down he is kind hearted and would quickly step in front of a bullet for someone he just met (and likes). He has a deep appreaciation for old things like cars, guns, art, music and traditions. He respects other peoples religions and points of views but will not let them convince him it is the "only" way. He always looks for the option everyone else looks over. Searching for that coinflip that lands on its rim."Rin-aziel" - Like many old people she is a very patient... umm thing. Being around has given her the patience of a saint, just don't call her one if you value your bodily functions. That being said, she also tends to let her emotions take over when she wishes. Calling it "theraputic" when she lashes out often resulting in something dead, tortured, or gone mentally insane. A vast fondness for all things modern. Ranging from the tech, to the foods (even though she cannot eat) and even the music. ESPECIALLY the music. One of the only things she is grateful for humans to have invented. Often open minded but when it comes to personal safety, survival is priority.Medical History:Powers-Roman and Rin are symbiotically tethered to eachother. Whatever Rome feels, so does Rin and vice versa. They can suppress eachothers thoughts and emotions easily unless under stress. Then they often share a clusterfuck of mixed feelings and thoughts which usually combine into something... dangerous. Rome technically has no powers except for the sole ability to accept Rin-aziel in his body and not die from mental breakdown and prolonged exposure to Rin. Rin is technically a smoke based parasite (or demonic being) sharing Romans lifeforce (or soul) to survive. Rin can actively release herself from Roman whenever she feels like but prolonged seperation can cause Roman to feel side effects, almost like withdrawls that of a powerfully addictive drug. Making Roman's body feel as if on a permanent adrenaline rush. He can stay focused longer and even "forget" pain momentarily when they are together. Rin on the other hand can freely move to another host but "normal" hosts tend to wither and die within a couple hours. The severe mental stress of her taking over the body results in madness or dementia in which Rin has no choice but to take full control of her hosts body and thus, killing them. Roman on the other hand has been with her for over 3 years. During their inital meeting, Rin had tried a full takeover of Roman numerous times, but his mental stability and will is just too strong.Technical Proficiency: ☜Roman was one of the few that could call themselves Spetsnaz after he joined the Soviet millitary at age 17 (forged papers) he was labeled one of the prestigious few to wear the black balaclava. That was until he met Rin. After the "Incident" he needed to leave the country.Skills-Roman is an ex-Spetsnaz soldier born to fight and kill. He has extensive weapons training and superior CQC training. Thanks to Rin he also has a strong mental focus that of which one would feel under extreme duress and filled with adrenaline. Often seeing things as if slower than normal. Ten seconds seem to last a minute and combat is instinctual, like breathing or blinking.Rin-aziel is old and knowledgeable of many things unknown to the current world. Speaking in many tongues as if they were all fluent to her. (Exe tongues of fire that Jesus' disciples were given) physically pulling the fresh memories of her other "hosts" left her very knowledgeable of mundane things. Remembering passcodes or specific numerical algorythms or manipulation and torture of her victims until she gets what she wants.Talents-Roman has an affinity for older things and often fills his head with knowledge of older cars, guns, etc. He can tell you the year it was probabbly from and how to use it, just don't ask him to take it apart and put it back together. The only thing he could do that with is his trusty Ak74 and pistol. Rin-aziel has an uncanny ability with numbers and can remember anything you tell her. A photographic memory of sorts.History With the Company: After the "Incident" both subjects were restrained in temporary holding room 422-13c with airtight countermeasures. One of our agents presented subjects with the official company contract in which would allow prohibited freedom under the para-allied alleagience act code:42-18 paragraph 3. After fourteen days of retention, subjects agreed and signed under certain conditions. Update: Subjects have now been allied with company for exactly three years to this date. Welcome to the Foundation.
You are now a member of one of the most vital organizations on known earth. You have no need to fully understand how or why we operate. What you do need to understand is how important your mission is. To protect mankind from the unknown and unnatural.
All around the world, there are a numerous amount of anomalous events and beings that exist outside of what is considered normal by modern day standards. These strange occurrences potentially pose a significant threat to global security and human safety. Referred to simply as 'The Foundation' we are an agency that operates around the world and beyond any jurisdiction to maintain the safety and independence of humanity from extraterrestrial and extra dimensional threats. In the past humankind has been at the mercy of these defiance's of science and nature. But we have now reached a stage in our history where we can begin to control, contain, and understand these anomalies.

Using the most advanced technology known to man and a considerable amount of resources provided by faithful governments worldwide, the Foundation strives to observe preternatural and supernatural phenomena, develop new theories of science based on their observable behavior, and contain or terminate potentially dangerous phenomena if and when possible. Any one or any thing that obstructs the Foundations goals is to be neutralized immediately and without prejudice.

In order to preserve global security and public safety, all materials regarding the Foundation, it's operations, or any events that are considered anomalous are expressly classified and forbidden from public knowledge. Any civilian or uncleared personnel with intelligence on the Foundation or any classified information is to be tracked, detained, questioned, and neutralized if deemed a threat.
Personnel Classifications
Within the Foundation, there are several different branches, each tasked with a different responsibility concerning anomalous events. Each department specializes in a different field in which to handle said events. Foundation personnel are given security clearances which represent the highest level or type of information to which they can be granted access. However, having any given clearance level does not automatically grant access to all information at that level: personnel are only granted access to information on a "need-to-know" basis and at the discretion of the designated disclosure officer overseeing their respective departments.

⓵Test Subject - Many specimen contained by the foundation require human interaction to be properly maintained. There are also instances where human interaction with a specimen is required for the purposes of research and better understanding. In any of these or similar scenarios, a 'Test Subject' class personnel will be assigned to the task. Test subjects work first hand with specimen and require no information other then that of which they are assigned to interact with. Do to the hazardous nature of working in close proximity to anomalous events, test subjects serve as a expendable resource and help stem the loss of vital staff. Test subjects are typically drawn from volunteers that were previously homeless or serving a prison sentence. Test subjects live on site and are provided with food, shelter, entertainment, and any accouterments deemed necessary for healthy living until such time that they expire, retire, or are terminated.

⓶Researcher - Drawn from the ranks of the smartest and best-trained research scientists from around the world, 'Researcher' class personnel are responsible for the study of anomalous specimens observed and contained by the Foundation. Featuring specialists in every field imaginable, researchers strive to gain a better understanding of the unexplained anomalies and how they operate. Using their intelligence and experience, researchers have the authority to perform tests on any specimen as long as the goals of attaining more information are in mind.

⓷Security Officer - Tasked with the duty of on-site security, 'Security Officer' class personnel are the first defense in the event of a breach of containment, assault from outside organizations, or any other on-site emergency situation. Primarily recruited from military and law enforcement, security officers are trained in the use of many types of weapons and martial arts. When guarding specimens, these personnel are only briefed on the the facts necessary for re-containment and neutralization of said specimens, as well as a myriad of contingency plans in the event of unsuccessful re-containment.

⓸Field Agent - Though the Foundation maintains a vast library of efficiently contained anomalous specimens, there are still a vast and ultimately unknown number of specimen that remain uncontained. In order to locate and if possible acquire these lose anomalies, the Foundation dispatches 'Field Agent' class personnel. Field agents have access to any type of transport or mobilization deemed necessary for the quick and efficient capture of specimen. These personnel are constantly traveling around the world, always on assignment to catch another anomaly. They get their orders via coded telecommunication and are only briefed on the facts necessary for locating and safely transporting specimens.

⓹Emergency Containment Specialist - There are certain specimen that cannot be easily maintained via traditional Foundation standards. In these cases or in the case of newly acquired specimen, 'Emergency Containment Specialist' class personnel or the 'ECS core' for short, is deployed to assess and facilitate the procedures that will be necessary for the immediate containment of said specimen. Sometimes deployed with field agents, the first directive of these personnel is to establish an initial containment around the phenomenon and transport it to the nearest Foundation facility. Once a stable form of containment has been implemented, ECS personnel work with researchers to erect a more efficient and permanent containment protocol.

⓺Intelligence Operative - Responsible for information security, such as making sure that sensitive documents are not misplaced and that the facility's computer systems are safe from outside intrusion, 'Intelligence Operative' class personnel, nicknamed 'Hushmen' by other Foundation staff, are assigned the task of keeping the Foundation a secret. Generally mysterious in nature, even to other personnel, Hushmen are given open access to any and all restricted files within the Foundation with the sole purpose of keeping it from the eyes of the public, as well as the existence of any anomalous specimen. Rarely dealing with any specimen at all, The Hushmen only concern themselves with secrecy. Even if this means the neutralization of civilians or the Foundations own staff.

⓻Department Administrator - Each branch of the Foundation is managed by a single 'Department Administrator' class personnel or 'Admin' for short. Being the highest-ranking personnel at that location, they are responsible for the continued, safe operation of the department and any specimen or objectives it is responsible for. Admins are rarely allowed direct access to anomalies accept in the event of emergencies or given clearance from a Foundation Head due to their essential roles in the functionality of the site. In the event of a breach of containment, these personnel are to be immediately evacuated or escorted by Security Officers to an on-site class B safe zone until facility safety has been reestablished.

⓼Foundation Head - Overseeing all Foundation operations worldwide and directing its long-term strategic plans, the 'Foundation Head' class personnel must consist of only and at least five members at any given time, with a sixth member trained, briefed, and ready to serve in the event of the loss of an original member. With complete access to all information regarding anomalies in and out of containment, Foundation Heads are the most vital members within the ranks of all personnel. Due to the sensitivity of their positions, the identities of all Foundation heads is classified. Instead they keep their appearance hidden and are referred to by predesignated aliases; Zeus, Odin, Exodus, Hyperion, Elohim.
Personnel Application

Name - First and last name with middle name if applicable. In most cases, personnel are given a numerical designation to which they are refereed to by higher ranking officers. This does not effect them having their own name.
Age - Nobody under the age 18 or over the age of 65 is permitted class rank higher then 'test subject.' It is unlikely that the Foundation will seek personnel from age groups considered too old or young unless circumstances deem otherwise.
Gender - Male or Female. Entities displaying no form of gender should be detained and classified as a anomalous specimen.
Class - Refer to section 'Personnel Classifications' above.
Appearance - A photograph or thoroughly written description of applicant is required.
Information - A description of the applicants history, personality, and any other details considered relevant to the application process.

Sorry that I have not posted recently, I have had a lot of things on my plate related to school.

"No, not a mall, please not a mall. That is a horrible idea, just let me explain here. Sure, shopping malls and centers are not always a bad idea, however, there are many entries and exits to consider. Once the undead make their way inside, it could become extremely difficult to fend them off enough to make a stand. While you might be able to lock off and secure a single store, it might not be the best place to make your temporary location. Plus, the chances of it being safe are literally next to none. There is most likely NOTHING there, only death. It's in our best interest not to take to many risks."

Polyester did not like the look of the new man. He seemed like someone that would take advantage of him, someone who would take the fixes and run. Polyester took a quick look at the truck. Strangely, Polyester does know how to fix this truck, due to him being an engineer, and someone else would likely mess it up.

"From what I heard, were going to go attack some raiders. I think we need to do some planning before we charge into that camp. We have no idea how many of the raiders are there." The raiders were able to attack the group of people without difficulty. One of the people that was kidnapped happened to be at the church earlier when the raiders attack and they escaped, only to be kidnapped at the train tracks. He saw 3 raiders, one of which he killed, and there were at least 4 more at the tracks. That left a minimum of 6 raiders, but there only 5 in the group he was with, however there was almost certainly more of them at the base or out scouting. At any rate, even if they manage to succeed in the rescue mission, there would be numerous walkers around the area to the the inevitable firefight. Perhaps they could use the walkers to their advantage and use them to provide a distraction so they can get to the prisoners and escape, perhaps even unnoticed.

"Thanks for the garage, you said there was a problem? I think know why there killing people. i have found out that there are a number of different underlying facts why people kill each other , factors such as money is a very big reason why people murder each other , other factors are revenge , power , love , jealousy , some people just don't see that its a wrong thing to do , they think that they are doing the right thing IE their "religion " told them to do it. Here's a question for you, is the impulse to murder from when we were cavemen , and learned as a defense, or is it unnecessary action that comes from mislead peoples? Nobody really knows unless it is you that did it, but 9 times out of 10 its because they hate someone or they felt like doing it for fun"

Polyester had a logical understanding of the world and could not imagine someone doing a horrible act without a reason to do so, this reminded him back in college when his dorm room mate died and he concluded it was a suicide because of how much he cried and complained about his life, which wasn't that bad from his perspective.
