What advice do you have for someone who wants to GM. This can be anything from the actual writing/world-building/other story-related topics, Overall presentation of the RP, to creating/using mechanics in a tabletop Rpg style thread. Throw it all at me.

Hello RPG. I'm BodaciousBard, and I am new to this place. Just decided to join today, as: A. It's currently break, and I will have spare time to do get myself started.And, B., I have been interested in doing something involving collaborative storytelling. I am going to be most active during the weekend(for reasons that should be obvious to most people.) And if you are someone who browses 4chan, I will occasionally be doing stuff on the recently added quests boards.
