At the edge of town, Some gang hideout:

There he was. The man in black. About two or three thugs had attempted to jump him but they ended like the rest, Burnt to a crisp. The man walked around nonchalantly, plus he wasn't wearing a mask, meaning the thugs could just seek revenge. The thugs began to call this man Special, a Superhero of sorts. The man gritted his teeth. "Special? Superhero? No, I'm your worst nightmare..Now burn." The man snapped his fingers, and in just a few seconds the hideout began to burn in a Dark Flame. Out of the Black Flame, the man could be seen walking out like of nothing had happened. This man's name was Light.

Light walked around the streets of the City with nothing else to do to kill time. Some people could call him a delinquent just for the way he looked. He sighed as he walked, thinking of pointless thoughts. As he turned a corner into an intersection, he saw the thugs from before but that he had let them get away. He sighed. The thugs saw him and began running towards him at full speed which wasn't much. These people never learn huh?. Light created a gust of wind causing them to be blown into the intersection causing cars to crash, A Domino Effect. Light closed his eye as he walked away from the scene.

Nether and Ether Manipulation
-Nether Manipulation: Just a heads up before you read. He hasn't fully mastered this power yet. He can currently only use Dark Element Manipulation, Darkness Manipulation and Telekinesis. User can create, shape and manipulate Nether, the "Chthonian Element" that flows through the realms of the living, and the Dead. Nether is most known as the substance that makes up the Underworld, a subterranean dimension where all souls go when they pass on. Nether is very similar to Aether “the Celestial Element” in that is from a Plane that exists between the planes of both matter, and energy. However, although it can partake in the nature of either substances, Nether is neither of these things.
Despite being often considered "Death-Force" Nether is more than the source of what drains life away from living things, it is the destructive aspect of reality, the source and very concept of entropy and destruction, disasters and all degeneration in matter, energy and concepts. It is the power that makes possible and ensures severing the soul's connection to their mortal body, so they can pass onto the after life. It is also the power that summons and controls the souls of the deceased. Users of this power acknowledge that Nether exists in Elemental, Cosmic, and Spiritual forces. Nether exists in the cosmos as sort of a gateway between the land of the Living and the Dead, stretching out to anywhere where death has potential to occur.
Like Aether, Nether is a Spiritual Element, which means it cannot be perceived by any physical sense. The only way Nether can be seen is if it were mixed with an Element of the Physical Realm (Most often Darkness, Fire, or Earth).

-Aether Manipulation: Again, he has not fully master this power, he only has control over the following aspects: Elemental Energy Manipulation, and Energy Manipulation. Aether, complete opposite of Nether.

Bio:
Light always seeked balance in the world. His life was full of misery, he always saw a bright side to things. He wanted the power to be the balance between light and darkness. At age of 12, Light began experimenting on his body, attempting to make himself the medium between Light and Dark. The experiment went well but it went bad as well. First of all, when the experiment was completed, he only recieved 5 powers from Ether and Nether, and secondly, the experiment killed his sister and mother, the only two people he had left from his family, Light also lost one eye.
Afterwards he roamed around aimlessly, without a specific goal or purpose. During this time he trained himself in controlling his power. He trained himself throughout those years, but he's only able to utilize it for 2-3 hours.

Well for one he is fragile, Secondly the duration for the usage of his powers is 2 hours. If you break his hope, you break him. He has a strong mental state but cannot resist Psychic or Psion waves of high level. Meaning that the EM spectrum is a part of his weaknesses. Anything more?

Hope I nerfed his powers enough by giving him only five and the set amount of time and stuff like that. Now just to wait and see if this gets accepted.

Acquis sighed. The clouds spread all over the ceiling of the gymnasium. His eyes turned grey. "I don't even know the point of doing this but oh well...So in short I'm able to control all aspects of any Storm wether it be Thunder, Hail, Blizzards..Anything you can think of." Suddenly, a blizzard covered the whole gymnasium, making everything feel a Subzero temperature. The Blizzard then disappeared. Acquis then grabbed his sword from his back. "Now, this sword is called the Ame-No-Murakamo-No-Tsurugi, or as others may know it, Kusanagi-No-Tsurugi. I only use it in extreme cases." He put the sword on his back again. "I also have a Genius IQ, inherited from my Mother Metis, Athena's mother as well. The Storm Manipulation, I inherited from my father, Susanoo-No-Mikoto." He walked towards the door and sat in front of it sighing, he was emanating a carefree aura again.
