Hello, hello! Just a couple questions before I attempt to slap a character up.

What's the limitations on creating robots? Would the parts and materials for something simple like a bartending robot or security drone be open to the public? If Dynamo doesn't turn up with his mechanic, I'll very likely make a robotics expert that makes/repairs robots for a living... And dabbles in killing machines for side-cash, just don't tell his sister.

Speaking of his sister, that brings me to my second question; Is there a limit to the number of characters we can have? Was going to make a young man and his much younger sister, try to get a good dynamic going.
Shot you a PM, Mangler. You've got your fourth player.
Well, damn. I'm away for one day and now there's no room for young blood in the knights... Ah well. Maybe the 'jester' (you were right earlier, less actual jester and more... court entertainer? Knife juggling/throwing and fire spitting, stuff he could actually utilize in combat...) left to join the Ytharien with the king?
Considering joining. Pondering the idea of a court-jester-gone-knight, one that has a... Kinship with the king, though wether he's the only one that feels it is yet to be seen. Could also go turncoat, should he feel for the Ytharian.
Oh hey, my boyfriend and I just got done watching season one of this. Count me in, I'll have a character up soon!
Still am, just a bad week and weekend. I'll get something up soon
Alright, had another idea. How about some sort of being similar to Tom Bonbadil? Perhaps not quiet as powerful as escaping traps with nothing but his voice, but maybe some sort of spirit of the land?
Color me interested. Torn between an eerily quiet blacksmith's apprentice in search of a new master, or a blind, slightly crazy hedge-mage.
So, I caught a livestream of someone playing RF4, and it rekindled my love for the series. On top of buying 3 and 4 to replay, I've got an itch to do a roleplay as well. I don't have anything set in stone, but I've definitely got a few good ideas.

There won't be a 'protagonist.' The roleplay will focus on the inhabitants of a village during a time of great change, possibly great peril, and how they react to it.

The roleplay will be balanced between combat and daily village life, just like the games. If you want a combat oriented character or a pacifist, or something in-between, there will be a place for you.

There will probably be a deity/VIP that governs the town, similar to Venti. I'll likely hold a vote to decide on who/what it is.

I expect a good deal of story-building from everyone. I'll be throwing curveballs and events, it'll be up to others to flesh it out, add their own spin and consequences to them.

I'll be adding more as I get ideas. Who's interested?
I'm withdrawing my interest. Best of luck.
