Vellorita followed him, hands clasped behind her back as she took care not to step on his tail. When they passed the threshold she took in the many rooms, the wilted flowers and something flying above. She turned her attention back to the snake. "If you speak like me," she began, "Do you simply chose to speak wrong?" Vellorita knew she was not the best educated, as she rarely had enough to spend on the luxury of books. However, she was genuinely curious if this Rex fellow simply could not, or would not, speak properly.
