To anyone else she would look like a trashed bar hooker trying to pick a fight as she swayed there on her feet. She was tall and athletically built, though not for strength but for speed. She raked back her curls and grinned. "After you."

Cadence narrowed her eyes at the girl and then snorted. "Fine. How about this," She paused. "You beat one of us, and we'll come with you." She crossed her arms, sizing the girl up. "And as a show of good favor, you can choose." Cadence did not dare look at Kaira, knowing this was completely out of the blue and slightly unnecessary. However, her vision was begging to swim and she swayed a bit.

Cadence's head whipped around at the sound of the voice, eye narrowed. She snarled, barring her fangs, and hissed. She could smell the fear fueled adrenaline pumping through her blood. "Why should we? We haven't done anything." She took a step forward and leered toward her. "Maybe you should come with us." Her grin was wicked and tainted with ill intent, though in reality, she was not so cruel.

Cadence was shocked at the offer. But she nodded all the same and sucked in a breath as she started running again. The girl chasing them was a Bane by scent and was probably with that guy. She had a slight build and if Cadence was being honest, she didn't seem that threatening. "Maybe we can take her." She suggested to Kaira.

"I just. No. Not really. Do you live with someone? No wait. Like. I can make sure you get home okay." She stumbled over her words. Rarely was it that she conversed with another girl who was so different from herself. Cadence usually stayed with whatever person cared to share their space. She was not picky but on the rare chances that she could not find where to stay, she slept in the attics of caper owned clubs with other fledglings abandoned by their sires.
