Maia walked toward the male, face square, chin quivering. "How did you end up here. Did my mother send you? Are you one of them?" She gave him a stare, eyes hardened.
Maia chuckled nervously. "Ha..ha..me neither..let's explore together, shall we?" Taking the black-haired by the arm, she spun around, facing a male with familiar features. "Who is that," she muttered. "Why is he here? Did he....no way.."
Maia looked down and the faded dress. "I've only worn this. I have no idea." She dusted down the apron and stood up. "I'll try something new," she smiled. A throbbing feeling pulsed from her head, giving her a slight headache.
Maia shrugged. "I have absolutely no clue," she tried to ignore the tugging feeling coming from the restaurant across the street. "How about we take a stroll around the shops?" she brought up with strain.
((Everyone. Gimme your Skype. Now. This is a holdup. Whoever does not submit, will face an untimely death. This does not concern the people whose Skype I already have. Reasons for this will be released after everyone who does not cooperate dies.))
Maia felt two mixed emotions; anxious and pleasantness. The stroking that Aurora did made her feel happy, although it did make her feel like an animal. She did feel a presence, but ignored it.
Maia led Aurora out the door. She noticed the pain in her right arm decreasing; her feelings lighter. Chuckling slightly to herself, she realized the power of happiness and the joy of having a friend.
