Name: Furostomi Yukimura
Age: 16
Appearance:
Personality: Furostomi is pretty timid and shy thanks to the constant chattering of her teeth putting people off talking to her. She's pretty kind underneath all the shivering, wanting nothing more than to help the people around her, but she lacks the confidence to do too much. She is a very active person and will do as much as she can in times of need or in terms of sports too.
Bio: Furostomi was born in Shizuoka in Japan. Her parents were a decently rich couple who owned an expansive series of winter lodges across the globe, including one in the mountains near Shizuoka. Thus, Furostomi grew up in full knowledge of winter sports, with her parents funds to help get her through most of her life with relative ease.
As she grew up, Furostomi's parents took her on various winter sports activities, sledding, tobogganing and eventually skiing. It was here, they learned, Furostomi had an almost unnatural gift for the sport, learning quickly and becoming more and more skilled with each conquered slope. As she grew older, she eventually became skilled enough to compete in true levels of competition, winning the Junior Japanese Ski championships at 16 and taking home a decent sized trophy.
Tragedy struck when she was out skiing on her own, one of her sticks broke as she was going down and she lost control, crashing into a snowbank. She survived with only minor injuries but contracted a rare case of Raynauds disease, making her almost permanently cold and forcing her to wear warm clothing as often as she can. It affected her personality slightly as she found it harder to talk to people with her teeth chattering and so, she became something of an outcast, even if she still loved her sport. It was good enough to have her come to Hopes Peak, at the very least.
Specialty: (Super Duper High School Skiier)
Other: Whilst skiiing is Furostomi's main skill, she is also an efficient ice skater and a half decent snowboarder, however she doesn't like snowboarding as much due to claiming it feels far too restrained for her liking.
