Yep, we're still accepting CS' right now.
"As of now, I pronounce the four of you as, team Jackal! (JAYC.)" Trendle announced to the group, with some polite applause for all of them. "And your leader shall be, Asher Brandt, for his tactics and excellent prowess in the exam. Congratulations."

"I look forward to working with all of you." Yasmin smiled pleasantly as she glanced up and down their group, whilst the Faunus now identified as Cedar just nodded and smiled in return

Once they were done, the final team was formed, composed of a purple haired girl in surprisingly simple clothing, almost akin to a school uniform, the man in the mask and the high hat, a dark skinned blonde in a waistcoat and trilby hat and a large black haired guy in a leather jacket. They were Violetta Gonichi, Stizza Hamelin, Pazice Gjaller and Raijan Onyx respectively, assigned to be Team VSPR, lead by Violetta. Once they sat back down, Trendle stood up to the podium once again.

"You've all earned your places, and as far as today is concerned, you've earned a well deserved rest. The cafeteria is now open for lunch and we've prepared an extra sized menu in celebration of tonight. Also, don't forget to pick up your room keys, miss Lariet will be handing them out by the door. You'll be living together in co-ed rooms with your teammates, just follow the signs and you'll find your rooms. Other than that, there's nothing else to say until tomorrow. All of you, on behalf of the staff, welcome to Lustre." and with that, the headmaster stepped down and the ceremonies ended for the evening. A door on their left was now open with miss Lariet holding a tray with the various room keys on them, each one already printed to one of the team names they had been assigned.

The hard part was over.
@Eklispe
Yeah it looks like I made a mistake. I'll correct in a moment.
@Sterling
Sure I guess?
"Very well." Bronwick nodded and rushed forward to combat the shield head on. The shield directed a set of three shields to block him, smacking into him and holding him back. The thrown firebomb had enough force to knock the shields back and give him a clear shot at the shield... but to his surprise, his sword went through the shield's eyehole without hitting anything important. The other eye was now watching him where the other one had once been... almost as if something was behind that large face of a shield. With his attack missing, the shield was quick to counter him, bringing in two shields on either side of him in attempt to crush him.

The soldier looked him over a few times, his eyes clouding with suspicion, paying close attention to the animal he had with him. But, everything seemed to check out as he checked his scroll over and ticked off his name.
"Continue. Keep your mutt under control, please." The soldier let him pass to deal with the rest of the passengers still to disembark. But for Rhyke, he could finally explore Dove Port.

The history behind it was fairly well known. It was the first place colonized by humankind when they first landed on Farpoint, led by the famous Artemis Dove himself, hence it's naming of "Dove Port" after the famous explorer. The dock's planks spoke of age as they creaked under his boots before he entered the port town itself. It was a modestly built place, not overly populated and clearly fishermen reigned supreme here. A few modest cobblestone and wooden houses dotted the town itself, little of interest to a newcomer. A small marketplace had been erected in what looked like the main street of the town, various stalls set up and sellers hawking their wares. But what did grab his eye were a few important landmarks. The first was, fairly obviously, the bar and inn. "The Crusty Anchor" stood proudly, one of the older looking buildings in the port town, open windows and open doors to accept the weary and the thirsty. There was also the large white building that served as a church, a branch of worship to sweet Mother Mileius, the goddess of light and even here on Farpoint, she was spreading her care and devotion to her subjects and the needy. Finally, a short ways away from the town itself, and up a curling path of stone steps hewn roughly into the land, a tall and proud lighthouse stood at the edge of the port. Currently switched off in the light of the day, the light would guide in night time vessels to and from Farpoint, a beacon for the sailors and travellers alike.
"Dinner will be served after the team forming ceremony, lad." Trendle assured Asher as they took their seats in the hall. About 20 minutes later, all remaining students had returned from the Gauntlet, not a single one had perished. Once they were all seated, Trendle moved back onstage with Miss Lariet at his side.

"Welcome back. First of all, I apologize for lying in saying the last four students would be expelled. That was a little lie to get you to give this test your all. And none of you disappointed in that regard, all have passed." he seemed a lot less harsh speaking this time, not once did he bang his walking stick upon the wooden panels of the stage. "And now, before we retire for the afternoon, it is time to place you in your teams. We have chosen these teams based on your performances in the Gauntlet, as well as pre-Lustre skills and tests from your combat schools. When I call your names, please come up to the stage."

From then on, the naming ceremony went as one would expect it to. The first team picked consisted of the grey haired boy who'd started the fight in the forst, the blonde braggart, the girl in the raincoat and a fourth none of them recognized with a bandana around his head and dark rounded glasses. They were named team STAR, consisting of Silas Sleet, Terrance Thunderhead, April Showers and Remus Fogg respectively. Silas was named as the leader. They got minute applause.

Next up, a different silver haired boy, this one in particular looking incredibly meek with white fox Faunus ears and amber eyes was called up first. Following him was the large fellow in the stetson, the muscular girl with the flail and another unknown face, a blonde in a railroad engineer cap and overalls with a grin so wide it looked almost painful. They were named team SILC (Silk) composed of Sliver Quill, Isaac Carbon, Lariah Marine and Cassidy Brassbell. Sliver, the meek looking Faunus, was named their leader. He looked as surprised as everyone else in the hall.

After SILC, the third team was chosen. Headmaster Trendle cleared his throat.
"Will Julio Taiyou, Asher Brandt, Yasmin Ginshi and Cedar Glade please come on stage?" The flowery dressed girl and the Faunus with the crossbow headed on up ahead of them.

"Land ho!" A crewman situated in the crows nest shouted down, jolting the various sailors into action. The boat was coming in to port now, lines being cast off and tied up on the moor heads. The ship settled alongside the wooden dock and a long gangplank was set up alongside the ship, being held in place by ropes. The captain and his men were off first and before long, the passengers began to queue up to leave the ship proper.

Something anyone onboard could spot quickly was their entrance was not met with silence. No, a group of men clad in armour were standing at ship side to await their arrival. One in particular was holding a scroll and ink, ticking off names of the people onboard one by one. No doubt these men in armour were the foot soldiers of Titarion, the island's lord. If this level of security was needed for a simple boarding at the dock, one could only begin to imagine how tight his grip was.

When it came Rhyke's turn to be met by the soldiers, the one marking curled his lip slightly at the beast at his side, before announcing simply.
"Name?"
"I know, i'm working on it." The girl chuckled as she continued to fleck mud off her clothes, just as the grey haired boy entered and got a glob right in his face for his troubles. Before anything else ensued, the two had left, the Faunus and Yasmin following suit.

At the top of the stairs they found themselves back outside Lustre Academy, closer than where the Gauntlet started, a path winding its way amidst the ruby grass going back into the great hall from earlier. Two of their teachers stood watching, Miss Lariet holding a scroll as she continued to watch the students progress, and Grandmaster Trendle, surprisingly having curled his old face into a smile.

"Very good you four. Please, go take a seat in the great hall until the exams are finished. We'll be assigning you into teams shortly." He gestured with a open hand. They could see the man in the tall hat and mask was already sitting in the hall up ahead. The sun in the sky was sinking now, headed for the horizon and soon to set.
"Took the canyon. Led us over a geyser field and then a cornfield covered in Grimm. Blew em apart, no problem." The blonde continued to boast with a grin on his face. "I couldn't even see who was behind me they were so far. Got this in the bag."

They were joined by more students soon afterward. The copper haired girl with the flail who'd been behind Asher was next inside, her lower half covered in muck. She must've waved right through it as she puffed and panted slightly.
"Phew... what a workout." She smiled, flecking the mud off of her legs in the doorway. She was soon followed by the large fellow in the stetson and the girl in the raincoat. The waiting room would be filling up soon... of course, the could always check where those stairs went.
