Rheas Wolf Attack Collab with Nallore, and CallaLily.
Rhea nodded towards Dave, a small smile curving her lips. "Yeah, food sounds good. Hey guys? I'm gonna go get some food, I'll be right back." Rhea picked herself up, and she hardly believed it when she didn't trip and fall into the fire. She had no plan of actually getting food, instead she planned to take that walk she had hoped for earlier. Maybe she would be able to sober up. She started to walk away from the campfire, going around the RV and into the woods. Maybe she would catch some of the others that had wandered off, where had they gone anyways? She shook her head and continued to march forward into the trees, her mind a swimming mess. Soon enough, she gave up on walking, and sat down next to a small patch of weeds and bushes.
After the wolf had ran off from its attack on Scout using its only good eye it moved its nose down to the ground and started to sniff it. Then it suddenly picked up a new scent and started to sniff around the bushes until it was close enough. The wolf started to growl loudly as it stalked Rhea in the bushes, but remained hidden for now waiting for the right chance to strike.
Rhea heard the growls as soon as they came, and she turned her head towards them. She picked herself up off of the ground and took a few steps back, the alcohol making her stumble. She blinked a few times, her head swimming both from panic and intoxication. "Hey, this isn't funny you guys." She said, her mind telling her this was just a prank. The lake wasn't supposed to have such big predators so close to the camping grounds. Is it? I thought it was closed off? Her head ached, and she grabbed it in irritation. This wasn't a good thing, and she was sure that it wasn't a prank. "Guys!" She yelled, her voice now small and weak.
It sadly was not some sort of horrible prank pulled on by Rheas friends, the werewolf continued to stalk Rhea from under the bushes stalking very low to the ground. Other then the rustling in the bushes was all that Rhea could hear. Then a loud howl came from behind Rhea the wolf started to growl very loudly baring its teeth at Rhea it slowly started to approach Rhea in a menacing way.
Rhea's eyes widened as she saw the wolf, it's body low to the ground. It was steadily approaching her, and Rhea knew that she wouldn't be able to fight it off it decided she was a threat. Rhea tried to remember her early years, when she came down to the lake as a child and her parents taught her how to avoid confronting large animals. She avoided eye contact, but that was all she could remember from the lessons. The wolf was huge, and she knew that if she tried to run it would chase. So instead of running, she started to slowly walk back, focusing on the path behind her. "Good dog? That's right, you're a very good dog." She used these words to calm herself, not the wolf. It was her motivation to stay alert and not fall flat on her ass.
The wolf continued to silently stalk taking a few steps forward while Rhea stepped backwards, the growls and barks started to become more frequently. As it suddenly charged at Rhea using its massive weight to bring the girl down onto the dirt ground baring its teeth as it attempted to aim for Rheas throat drooling down at Rhea .
Rhea screamed as the wolf brought her down, her hands went up to greet the wolves fangs. She was tired, small and extremely weak compared to the wolf, and this would be her possible downfall. She tried to punch it in the throat, and used up most of her leftover strength doing so. Luckily, the punch connected and the wolf recoiled. As soon as it was weakened Rhea brought up her knee and tried to hit in the gut. Although this failed, it gave her enough wiggle room to get out of the way of the beast.
As Rhea punched the wolf in the throat it stepped back away from its prey letting out a whimper letting Rhea a chance to run off again. The wolf growled again letting out a howl again as it charged after Rhea and tackled her to the ground once again, and sank its teeth down into Rheas shoulder.
Rhea fell down and managed to cover her throat with her hands before the wolf sank it's teeth to Rhea's shoulder. Rhea felt blood pour from the wound, and she gasped. Using her other arm, she swung at the wolf a few more times, using all of her energy and praying that she would survive this encounter. She hoped this wolf's pack didn't come back for seconds, because by then she would be unconscious. Rhea was started to see black even though her eyes were wide open. She swung again, and her frantic breaths started to calm. She unwillingly let her eyes close, a long moan escaping her lips. She was going to die, just because she wanted alone time. This sucks..., she thought. Her eyes closing fully.
The wolf growled loudly as it felt Rhea hitting it in the side of the head, until finally Rhea stopped moving. Finally the wolf released Rheas shoulder and gave the girl a few sniffs before letting out a howl and ran back off into the woods.
