So, as this has been a problem in the past for MANY sites I have been on, I want to bring up a concern for those who wish to play Saiyans as well as to address this before it becomes an issue.
Zenkai abuse.
Simply put, on several sites I have been a part of, zenkais can be quickly and easily abused by Saiyans of like or near like power levels. This first showed in a game I was in that I abused it.
A friend and I had figured out exactly how much damage we could do without killing each other, reducing each other to 10% no and healing up thanks to a Namekian healer. We got a flat 30% bonus each time... resulting in US going from 1,550 each, to about 1,000,000 in a matter of hours. We far out paced the group, and this resulted in rapid changes.
I personally want to see this doesn't happen here, as this game has huge potential.

Personality: Eric was an NCO in the US Army before the bombs fell, and he reflects as much. Stern and disciplined, he works to make himself and others better, but still is able to laugh and relax when needed. He is a go getting kind if person who wants to see his soldiers come home. When the bombs, he entered the vault with noted depression.
PreHolocaust Job: US Army Combat Engineer
History: Eric came for your average normal family, with the males being your usual men in a time like this. He joined the Army at 17, getting parental permission, and joined the Engineers. Uncle Sam watched over him, as he helped to keep the nation safe of the Communistic threat. He was wounded in Alaska, and shipped home to recover. Thanks to Stim Packs and physical therapy, he was good as new in no time... then the bombs dropped...He didn't know what else to do, so he fled with the others to the Vault. He had to help protect the citizens after all, right?
Skills: Demolition expert, rifle and hand gun training, hand to hand combat (knife), electronics operation, basic construction,
Flaws: Depression issues, self sacrificing, stubborn, cold hearted, Takes No Prisoners

1) Is it possible to be prewar soldier? The bombs fell and the world was ended in 32 minutes, no time for serious offensive on any side. It happened right after Operation Anchorage.

If you need help with anything, feel free to drop me a line. I am pretty good with DB lore, and I like to keep up with it. Probably going to either be an Arcosian or a Armenian. Both are super awesome races.
