Alice kept on looking at the clock. While she knew that there were other people there, she wished that she could get up and run, but not only did she not have the strength to get up from her spot, she had no where to go. She was stuck here for now. She sighed not wanting to think about anything right now. She wanted nothing more than to go home and lay down in her bed. She sighed again. Instead she started to think about a couple novels that she recently read. She attention was brought back to the room when she heard someone talk to her.
She looked at the man as he told her to eat. "Shouldn't you wait to see if I do something violent before doing this to me," she said quietly. "If I could I would be more than willing to eat." She then looked away.
