I've always said it "hork (rhyming with cork) BAA-jar," but with a soft J.
I seem to alternate between "Hork Ba-ZHAR" (a soft j) and "Hork BAA-jore" (like Bajor from Star Trek). Neither way sounds right to me, but I don't really have a better solution.

I was thinking about making the time-limit per phases 3 days. Granted, each phase would change depending on my own work schedule.And then when the time-limit is coming up, I would PM the person a day before. Two phases after no explanation, they would be kicked.
This satisfies me.

Not really cool, ya know... I can understand like... 1.5-2 days... but too many people on different schedules and really, not everyone has no life to attend to. : /
It's up to Squee what the time limits are. But letting people just respond whenever they damn feel like it is what killed her last game, and I'm still pissed I never got to use my role in that one.
