I think it makes sense to ban screenshots, because they're not really deception as they're pretty much proof, if they were accepted use everyone could simply screenshot their role and the killer wouldn't be able to. But yeah, I totally agree that revealing your role if you have nothing but IC posts to back it up with should be allowed, because without that you wouldn't be able to lie about it either. And incentives to not give up your role occur pretty readily. Hope that makes some sort of sense.

You can "copy and paste" the PM that the RD host sends, but anyone could just make up shit and call it a quote.

I feel a very large hole in my soul right now.

That's Nat in your proximity. He's not solid matter, he exists only as a void which your soul is slowly spiraling into.
Charizard, baby. Fire + Flying gets me through the day (and any puny Elite Four).
*shoots Kaga, picks up the banner, crosses out KAGA and writes JORDAN, waves the new VOTE FOR KAGA JORDAN!!! banner*

tl;dr ;)

Actually, while Jorick raises a decent point about judging, I believe I answered most of the other points in regards to fairness and substance. But it doesn't matter, my first post was pretty much facetious, so the point is moot anyway.
Ha, a game of it! Why not?

The posts would have to be of substance, no points if someone just rambles on about nothing (or their day) for pages. Not that it needs to make logical sense, just be substantial. They would have to be grammatically correct and have proper spelling (to the extent you'd expect from an Advanced roleplayer), but it wouldn't need to be formal writing.

How it might work:
Jorick either writes a post or pulls up one of his own, and PMs it to you. You would read the post and create a prompt based on the post, then release it to the contestants at a predetermined time.

Contestants then have a certain amount of time following that (say 12 hours) to write based on the prompt. Submissions would be PMed to you by the deadline, and then all submissions would be posted along with the winner.

The goal is to have a blind test of long-windedness. It's not fair if folks see Jorick's post, they could easily out-wind him if his length is known.

Oh, btw. I introduced my sister to GoT the other day and as soon as Littlefinger came on the screen, she goes, "Oh, he's a cutie."I just stared at her and smiled.
