Nights Black Agents
It doesn't matter how you got into this. It dosent matter what alphabet soup agency you worked for before. Somewhere along the line you asked the wrong question, got too close to the wrong truth. At first you tried to bring it to peoples attention but they didn't want to hear. You got too close and you got burned. Now you know the truth, behind the veils of disinformation lurks a terror as old as man kind. Something ancient and evil is out there and it knows your name.
One day you were a spy, risking it all in the shadows to protect the world from terrorists, criminals and hostile powers. That was before. Your agency burned, you, cut you loose, cast you to the wolves. Things that shouldn't exist are hunting you, question is: What are you going to do about it?
The Premise
In this game (which I freely admit is inspired by Kenneth Hite's Nights Black Agents) you will be playing burned spies and mercenaries of various sorts going up against an ancient vampiric conspiracy. These aren't sparkly friendly vampires either, these are vampires are 'the tear out your entrails and keep you alive to watch' kind. That is if they cant have their drug addled street gangs, payroll full of dirty cops, or ex-black water hit squad take you out first. Think Jason Bourne vs Dracula and you are on the right track.
The players will have to follow the threads to unravel the conspiracy before it is too late. This will be a globe hopping espionage adventure in the shadow world of Intelligence, Organized Crime and of course ancient baroque horror.
