-Personality Details-
Sia is a brash headstrong young Padwan. She believes that older Jedi are too hidebound and undervalue their own abilities. Believing its better to ask for forgiveness than permission, Sia frequently acts on her own impulses. Sia has a strong moral code and is more than willing to jump into action even it it means facing overwhelming odds.
Sia approaches the world with unrelenting enthusiasm. She accepts authority when she believes it is right (when it agrees with her) and takes her punishment with good grace when this causes her problems. Sia is friendly and open to others and tends to trust that everyone is as straight forward as she is. When this turns out not to the case she tends to take it personally and act to redress the scales.
-Biographical Information-
Sia was born in the gutter on Ord Mantell. Dumped in the street by a drug addicted mother she grew up running with the street gangs, resorting to a life of petty crime to survive. Young Sia always seemed to have a knack for thievery, she had an uncanny ability to know when she was being watched and when she was clear. When she was caught she could always run a little faster, jump a little further and do whatever was necessary to get away.
It might have been her fate to eek out an existence as a slightly better than average criminal if she hadn't encountered a man in the marketplace one day. The stranger didn't appear rich, but he wore a brown cloak and took pains to conceal himself. Her interest piqued Sia followed the stranger as he went about his business. When the opportunity arose she slipped closer and attempted to lift a cylindrical object that hung from his belt. Moving faster than anyone she had ever seen, his hand shot out and seized her by the wrist.
Rather than being angered, the Jedi, as it was revealed he was, was amused. He sensed her talent and dragged the girl off to the Jedi Temple to begin her training.
