Name: Morty Rackham (pronounced RACKem)
Time Period: 1766
Age: 26
Height: 6'3
Weight: 200
Favourite Weapon: Diplomacy (his flintlock pistol)
Bio/Personality: Morty was born to a wealthy English family. His father owned a well off shipping company located in southern New Forest. While they might not have been a part of the nobility, they were still happy...and then the Seven Years War happened. The very year that prototype world war began, the Rackham home was ransacked, and his parents were killed. Morty himself was able to escape and hide out until the assailants left. With his entire life in shambles, there was only one thing left to keep him going; revenge. Due to his father owning a shipping company, he was quite familiar with boats, so he was able to get a job on one to support himself. However only a few days after it left port, it was attacked by pirates.

Before the war, pirates had been a sort of boogyman to young Morty; the greatest thorn in his father's side, and by extension, his as well. Now though; the lifestyle looked promising. He had doubts that a simple law abiding sailor could ever uncover the conspiracy that had taken the lives of his parents...but a pirate, that had potential. His mind made up, Morty quickly signed up with the pirate crew, much to their shock and amusement. Over the next six years, Morty worked his way up in the pirate world, learning everything he could. All the while, he managed to use his new connection to the underworld to find the people who killed his parents. On the final year of the war, Morty found the mastermind behind the attack; the Count of Hampshire. With his final target found, Morty led a raid on his ship when he was on holiday. When Morty came face to face with the man, the count was quick to beg for his life, Morty's response was this:

"Spare ye life? Ye clearly have no idea who I be. Me moniker be Morty Reckham, son 'o Jonathan Reckham. Th' man ye had killed fer his business. Killin' ye has be th' only thin' bin wanted since that day"

With that said; Morty ended his life.

After he had finally gotten his revenge, Morty found himself without a purpose. He had devoted so much of his time and energy into getting his revenge, that now that he had it, he had no idea where to go next. So for lack of anything else to do, he continued with his life of crime. Eventually however, he was caught and identified as the man who killed the Count of Hampshire. Deciding to go out with a bang, Marty escaped from his cell and reclaimed his trusty flintlock pistol, with then intent of causing as much hell as he could. However, he somehow found himself trapped in a strange world.

Marty is a rather easygoing guy for a pirate. All he really needs is good food, good drink, good company, and adrenaline pumping through his veins. He can put up with a lot (with a much greater level of tolerance for accidents), but his wrath only has 3 settings; off, turbo, and maximum overdrive. He won't harm innocents, or people who haven't done anything to him, but his morals become a lot looser when people he really doesn't like are concerned.
@Card Captor Very impressive, but for the sake of balance, can you make him just a little bit smaller? 6'7 325 is literally barbarian size, and its just a little too much of a stretch of the imagination for the time period. Men were never that big 500 years ago.

Maybe make him 6'3 and 200 and something pounds?

Really? I'm not an expert on height and weight, so I used the viking as a reference. I'll go ahead and change it before moving it over the the CS tab.

This ended up being much longer then I anticipated.
Just going to throw this out; I called the pirate back in the IC

Sanctuary Pyre always made Sal feel nostalgic. Maybe it was because it was the sanctuary that for some reason, most reminded him of the Fallout series (franchise he played in his childhood a lot). Or maybe it was just because he spent more time here then any other sanctuary. Then again, it could be both. In the end, it didn't really matter. All that it meant was that entering Pyre always felt like coming home, a feeling that conflicted with the feeling of having been recruited to save everyone still trapped in the game. 'Still...it's not like I can say no. We all need to get out of this game. I don't know if muscle atrophy can kill you, but I'd rather not find out in here.'

Upon reaching the gates, Sal found an unwelcome surprise; the gate guard knew about them. More specifically; he knew about the U.N's involvement. 'I really hope that isn't well known in here. Even if Revelation doesn't have a foothold here, they could still have spies. As he worried about the possibility of information leaking to the enemy, other thoughts came to mind 'now that I think about it; just how are these people connected to the U.N? Were they recruited like us? It's either that, or the U.N found a way to get new people into the game without Revelation knowing' A sudden thought lit up in his mind 'can...new people enter the game? I always assumed they couldn't, but I don't remember anyone ever saying it was impossible. This bares further thought' Sal snorted as he remembered something 'Although I think I remember the message saying they sent word to someone named Minxy. But still...why her?'

As they entered Pyre proper, Sal soon found out that the gate guard from before was actually the Commander. Unsure of what to make of that, he remained quiet as he brought them to the player mentioned in the message; Minx. When she offered to let them ask questions, Sal took the opportunity to do just that "I have a question; how exactly are you affiliated with the U.N? There weren't a lot of details in the message we received; only that the U.N had gotten 'in contact' with you. You'll have to forgive me if slightly suspicious that the U.N was able to find enough players in the game to establish a presence."
So each character comes with their own supernatural power? Odd, I was under the impression that we would get to make up our own.
A supernatural power eh? I've already got one in mind.
Kamina

Well that was...invigorating. He had been running on pure adrenaline and rage when he did that, yet somehow it worked. 'Note to self; rage get's things done.' However, not only did that attack do something to the formally imposing legendary, but it also somehow got Spruce back up on his feet. Kamina had no idea how that happened, but he also didn't care. 'Now that I think about it; I'm not angry anymore, at all. I don't remember my rage ever just disappearing like that. Is that normal when you actually get revenge, because if is, then revenge is awesome! I feel a lot better!' His original plan had been to keep throwing himself at Reshiram and hope for the best. However that had all changed once the others started affecting him with their attacks...well, maybe not completely "FLAME CHARGE!"...or at all.

Tini

"No! I'll keep hitting you until the crazy is all out!" Tini cried as he smacked Rayquaza on the head with his frying pan again. "This place makes people crazy, and I will fix them all, even if I have to smack everyone in this cave with my frying pan, starting with you...whoever you are!" Another smack to the head with the Frying Pan of Ultimate Love and Justice and Cookies. "Feel it! Feel the craziness violently leaving your mind! By the power of my frying pan; be healed!" Yet another smack to the head with the Godly Frying Pan of Truth and Light and Cookies. "Hoo boy, this crazy is really stuck inside your head. Oh well, nothing that enough wacks won't fix." And thus; Tini continued to wack Rayquaza on the head with a frying pan.
This could be fun, dibs on the Pirate.
