Just a note on Ukaraz, the signup specifies to pick 4 skills. It's fine for him to be able to use all 5 schools of magic, but if he's that varied he should be only of average proficiency in each, so as to balance it out. 50 scrolls also seems excessive (where would he keep them all? O__o), but since he's a pure mage anyways they're kind of redundant, so w/e. I should note that if you're carrying scrolls they shouldn't be master and expert level spells, as scrolls for those are very rare and expensive (not to mention blizzard might be counter-productive fighting against a bunch of Nords).

I think I'll wait another day to let the last couple post a signup if they want, then start the RP.
Just posting to say that the characters up so far are accepted. If the other 2 that expressed interest put up sheets as well, then we'll probably have either 3 on each side, or 4 imperials and 2 stormcloaks (if both of those 2 go with the former).
Of course. There's only one completed sign up lol.
lol

I'm just writing what I feel my character would logically do.
I think I'll just stick with "pick 4" for now, it's much simpler. Note that the 4 are just things your character is best at in general, they don't have to be given any specific value, and you can have less than 4 if for some reason you want to. If I think people are trying to "powergame" the RP or something silly like that, I might take further steps, but honestly I don't expect any problems with god-moding or the like. Just use common sense.
Just one for now, if the RP lives for very long that could be changed I guess.
Here we go:

The Last Dragonborn has come and gone from Skyrim. While a truce was negotiated between the Imperial Empire and the Stormcloak rebellion in order to save the land from Alduin, the Dragonborn's success in ending the dragon threat has brought about renewed hostilities between the two sides. Both hoped to claim the services of the Last Dragonborn for their cause, as such a hero would surely be able to end the war decisively in their favor, but neither had such fortune. The Dragonborn has journeyed out of Skyrim, to where, none can say--though there are rumors that the hero has been spotted walking the ash fields of Solstheim, needless to say, the concerns of Skyrim are no longer theirs.

Instead, the concerns of Skyrim have fallen to you.

This RP will focus, at least initially, on the Civil War in Skyrim. You can sign up a character aligned with either side, either as a loyal soldier or as a mercenary. Both sides are eager for victory, and even the Stormcloaks will accept anyone competent willing to fight for their banner, even those they might normally reject, such as Argonians or Dunmer. Be aware that if only a few people sign up, I might require everyone to be on the same side; likewise if too many sign up, I'll probably require that the characters split into two relatively even groups.

In this version of the ES-verse, the Dragonborn appeared, defeated Alduin, and left without doing anything other than Skyrim's "main" questline. So the land of Skyrim is pretty much the same as it is at the beginning of the game; Kodlak Whitemane is still Harbinger of the Companions, Mercer still runs the Thieves Guild, etc. It will be up to you guys to decide how it is going to change.

"I consider flying around in the salarian's car to be quite useful. With this, we should be able to find his apartment rather easily," Kerr'Shal said, slapping the side of the vehicle. "Anyways, I suppose I should give my input. This one--Kali--leads. If her decisions create a mess, perhaps I will change my mind, but right now I will listen to her. You, I do not know you. Never heard of you. I will not listen to you again," he said, looking at Micheal during the second part of his statement. "I will examine the body. I recommend using this skycar to reach the nearest hospital. Hmmm, wonder how suspicious they are of bullet wounds on this world...."

Arlius apparently had access to more vehicles, so they would have no trouble meeting up at a later point. Kerr'Shal thought it prudent that one or two them find the salarian's apartment so they could meet there once Alexa was tended to, but he would leave that decision to Kali. Having said what he needed to, Kerr'Shal stepped towards Yarsin's body to begin his given task. There really wasn't much on the salarian's body, but if nothing else, he would need to scan for implants. A tracker chip could explain why the enemy was already in position to take him out when they met.

You'll like them. It makes the characters much more structured in their skills and forces them to have to fit into being part of a team of people rather than being a really good swordsman and then being really good with a bow, but wait, they're also really good mages. Having a good system usually attracts a certain type of player as well.

Well, go ahead and post it then.
