Phoenix Wing (A Fairy Tail RP-Always Open, Open)

So I got bored, and with the mention of a two year time skip coming up in the near to distant future, I decided to ask the question; would my characters appearances change in the span of two years?

For some of them, like Rosalina, Constantine and Bayard; probably not.

But Zen, Isabella and Bullet are still quite young. So I rummaged through the net to find some new pictures for Post-Time Skip characters. I haven't found one for Zen yet though.

Post-Time Skip Isabella

In terms of physical appearance, there isn't really much difference for Isabella. The picture doesn't really do it justice but I was hoping she'd be a bit more muscular in the following years. Current Isabella is lean, but borderline unhealthily slim. Her biggest change is fashion though. She decided to drop the over-the-top corsets and frilly dresses and go for an outfit that is still appealing, but more casual while still keeping a professional air to her. She also grew her hair out a lot, because she watched too many episodes of Steven Universe and now idolises Rose Quartz.

Post-Time Skip Bullet

Bullet was a bit of a later bloomer, but in the two years that passed he went through a massive growth spurt. He grew taller, his shoulders broadened up a bit and his general appearance went from rabid, unkempt street rat to a more calm, yet temperamental young adult. Again, Bullet has seemed to graduate from the magical place of Shonen Land where everyone wears stupid outfits for no reason. His new look is much cleaner, but still with a very laid back tone. Also, on a side note for reasons I hope to get into in the IC, post-time skip bullet has decided to use his real name 'Nico' instead of the dumb alias he gave himself as a kid.

@Zarkun How would Jane react to Isabella asking her to be apart of the squad? Because I feel like that's the next step Bella would take. I just haven't done it already because I'm not sure what you're plans are for Jane.

Bullet finished paying for his squid while Jane insisted on paying for her own food. The young man shrugged, not feeling particularly offended by having his offer turned down. The man working the stall skewered the fresh squid, searing it against the flames of the charcoal grill. Meanwhile Isabella's curiosity had been sparked by Jane's comment about her parents.
"Proving their innocence? It sounds like you've been busy." She was trying not to sound too pushy, but it was clear that she wanted to know more. She was about to move closer to appear more inviting, when Bullet's voice spoke up from behind.
"Were they really innocent though?"
"Bullet!" Isabella thought he hadn't been paying attention to Jane, but regardless she was still mortified by his completely insensitive tone. The chef handed Bullet the two skewers, but when he turned around to offer one to Isabella he was met only with her scornful glare.

"I was just asking. Besides, I don't think Jane really gives a damn about our opinion on her parents; who we've never even met." Isabella snatched her squid from Bullet's grasp before taking a large, frustrated bite.
"That is not the point," She spoke between chews, covering her mouth with her spare hand while she talked. Swallowing, Isabella turned to Jane with an apologetic expression. "Bullet doesn't think before he speaks sometimes. Pay him no mind if he comes off as rude." Bullet stared down at his feet, furious with Isabella treating him like some kid. In the back of his mind he knew that he was just letting jealousy get the best of him, but at this point he hardly cared.

"What should we do once we've eaten? The night is young, after all." Isabella gazed around the square looking for anything exciting to participate in. Though it seemed as if the grandeur of the rest day was starting to fade. Perhaps it would have been a good idea to retire to the hotel. Though Isabella dared not mention such a thing; she was having too much fun with Bullet and Jane to just let the day end here.

Do you dare to dream?

'Dreamscape, a World Forgotten' is a post apocalyptic Roleplay that takes place centuries after the fall of civilisation brought about by a cataclysmic enigma known only as 'The Silence'. From the ashes of great cities and monuments, humanity has began to flourish once more across the world of Eden. Our story begins at the Ansharin Oasis, a place deep within the twisted dunes of the Dreamscape; a large desert that spans a good portion of the continent. The Anshar tribe have inhabited the desert for generations, developing their unique culture of dance, art and stories. Strong willed and resourceful, the Ansharin are taught young how to hunt and survive in the harsh desert environment.

The tribe elders have a tight grip on the younger generations, but the discovery of an artifact that pre-dates the Silence has ignited the spark of curiosity within a group of adolescent tribesmen. Being kept in the dark about their world's history for so long, these young minds are filled with questions regarding the strange journal. Where did it come from? What was the world like before the Silence? What secrets are the elders hiding?

Dreamscape is a project that myself, @Space Boyfriend and @Empath have been trying to kick into gear for quite a while now. We had quite a few members originally, but for various reasons a lot of our members have found themselves unable to commit to the roleplay. And that's fine; that's life, you know? However, we are still quite eager to continue the story and need a few more characters.

We're almost at the point of no return in the roleplay's IC, so we would love to have 2-3 more Ansharin characters before we set off on the journey! On that note, this RP is all about the journey. As such I will be bringing back this recruitment thread in the future to look for anyone interested in writing up a character that is not an Ansharin, but someone who joins the group later on from a completely different culture/ part of Eden. So for now, this is a Small Group RP, but it will grow into a larger one.

This RP will eventually have elements of cosmic horror introduced into it. If you're not about that life, then discretion is advised.

@effervescentF I will! I'm thinking of starting a thread in one of the discussion sections dedicated to tracking my experiences as a first time pet owner learning to train and look after a puppy.

It's mostly just an excuse to post lots of pictures of the puppy.
